I have called Sea Blue Pool two times for help with my pool. With both issues I have had with my pool, they have been very responsive and understanding with my problems. They scheduled a service technician and both times, they have fixed the problem immediately and the price is within reason. I trust Sea Blue Pools and will continue to call on them with help for years to come.

I have owned a pool and spa in Texas for the last 25 years. JC Razo and his team did an excellent job of refinishing our pool and spa, with clear explanations of all steps in the process. His team also does an excellent job of maintaining the pool equipment and servicing the pool and spa. He and his team are very responsive when any problems arise. He and his team follow through until the problem is fully resolved to my satisfaction. I recommend JC and his team unreservedly.

I have been using Sea Blue Pool for many years now. Aside from being excellent at my weekly pool cleaning, they are also equally impressive in regards to any repairs my pool needs from time to time. They are incredibly responsive, and I usually have any repairs done a day or two after alerting them. Could not recommend them more. They are awesome!

Sea Blue and JC were recommended to us by a friend. He just replaced some 23 year old equipment. The work was outstanding and much neater than the original installation. He was very thorough and explained our options and costs as well as follow up instructions on the equipment. I highly recommend Sea Blue pool & spa.

Sea Blue Pool has been such a blessing! We bought a house with a pool and I was determined to take care of the pool myself. Well that was just not realistic. We drove by Sea Blue Pools service truck and called them. They came out the next day to survey our pool and system. I was so thankful to the professionalism and knowledge we signed right up. They come out once a week to service our pool and equipment and I don’t have to worry about things. They let me know if there are issues and are clear and upfront to the cost. And they are quick to fix.

They did a great job and kept us well informed on when the crews would be showing up and what they would be working on each day. Would highly recommend them.

I consider myself very lucky Sea Blue was available when I called. My pool was down due to the severe winter weather in Texas in February. Two other service providers could not get parts and predicted it would take 4-6 weeks - or more - to get them. Somehow, Sea Blue was able to get the parts and get them installed in about 2 weeks. Juan took the time to advise me on what needed to be replaced and the best options for their replacement. He came to my house after 7 pm with the parts and installed them in less than an hour. He is very knowledgeable and professional and his work is of the highest quality.

Based on my experience, I plan to engage Sea Blue pools to remodel my pool at the end of this season. I recommend him highly.

THIS COMPANY!! I don’t even know where to begin. Every single step of our pool renovation was perfection. Their estimate was clear, they were always on time, crews were friendly, work was phenomenal and I have never had a company communicate so clearly. I always knew exactly what was going to happen and when. We have had a lot of people work on our house throughout the years and this company is the gold standard! We ended up switching the weekly service to them also because we were so blown away by the service and quality. This is the company!! You will thank yourself for choosing them!

JC was able to source a heater/chiller quickly. Then was able to get it into a tight installation spot flawlessly. The price was competitive but the service and communication were over the top. I have found a new group to take care of our maintenance requirements. Great Job!!!

took two service requests on the website, and finally a Google review to get a response - though once posted, the response came quick. was told a message was sent to me within minutes of the second request, though no email found in spam folder or inbox... anyway, once we established communication, it was solid - had a visit for in person quote next day. I was told I'd need once a week vacuum and chemicals. Definitely did not need that service, had sand in pool due to recent completed rock work though no trees or plants that would dump leaves into the pool requiring a weekly vacuum vs skim.

was quoted almost twice as much as two other companies, price wise I'd say at the mid end of average.

purchased a nylon brush and a vacuum head from Amazon for less than $60 (already had the hose and pole), took 30 minutes and cleaned the pool myself, then setup chemical service with another pool company.

again, very friendly and once communication was established, very solid. pricewise, on the mid to high end of average (of the three quotes I received).

Recommend to just shop around, everyone knows what they need for their own pool as well as how much work they want to do for themselves vs hire out. :)

Sea Blue Pools came out right away when I called. Friendly and superior service from calling to technician on property. Should I ever need pool service again they will be first I call. 10 out of 10

Our overall experience with Sea Blue Pools has been excellent! We had a 22 year old pool that had served us well, but we were needing an overall re-do. I had several companies bid the job, but JC won our business hands down by returning calls promptly, showing up when he said he would, having an excellent show room and giving us a fair price. We weren't disappointed -- our refinished pool is beautiful! We originally had a hot tub and we requested that it be removed during the remodel, although we kept the bench and the entry stairs. Our whole pool looks and feels so much larger now, and we will get so much more use out of that area (without the added cost of the gas bills heating it!)
I can't say enough about the excellent communication this company offers! JC and Miriam are amazing at letting you know schedules, processes -- you get pictures of what has been done on any given day-- it's awesome! The workers are diligent and skilled--shoutout to Eugene who is amazing. Work is done when its scheduled, cleaned up properly, and they included two months of pool service to make sure everything gets off to a great start! JC has been in contact with us throughout the process --even installed our new pump himself. Their customer service has been excellent!

We use Sea Blue Pools for weekly pool service since 2021 and not a single complaint. They are very reliable and I never have to worry about my pool! They will notice if a part is needed and let me know - it’s never something exorbitant and it’s never often, but nice to not have to worry about potential problems as they are catching them as they come. A friend of mine recommended Sea Blue Pools when my former pool service company had let my pool turn green and I said I was look for a new company.

JC quickly came out to assess the situation and has scheduled technicians to come out every couple of days to treat pool and monitor progress.

Given the state of the pool when they took over, I've been very impressed with their service, communication and knowledge of pools. We have just a little ways to go to get too 100%, but highly recommend Sea Blue Pools.

I take care of weekly pool maintenance myself, but call in professional help for the bigger jobs like cleaning the DE filter. I selected Sea Blue Pool and Spa based on recommendations from my neighbors, and I am so pleased. My technician did a great job cleaning a very dirty filter and disposing of the mess, and took time to answer my questions about an algae problem I was having. The technician even called the owner about my problem and Juan (the owner) called me back with a suggestion that has made a huge difference. I will definitely be using this company going forward.
