Brayden and Bobby? (I think) gave us a great first visit. They explained all of the items that they worked on and answered our questions. I appreciated the reasonable appointment window (a few hours instead of all day, like many) and both the text and call updates on their arrival. Looking forward to continued quality service for the maintenance contract!

Brayden, came out to work on our system because it wasn't cooling like it should be. He was very professional, courteous, friendly, and got the job done. He checked our system all over to make sure we didn't have anymore problems. I'm very satisfied with the job Braden completed. We will definitely have him back again for fall maintenance. Our central heat/ac system wasn't working properly with the condensor going on and off not meeting the desired indoor climate temperture. Me and my wife decided to call the Crazy AC Guy. Dispatch took some brief information and gave a quoted dispatch charge of $99 to come down to Sherman Texas where we live.

Dispatch inform us when a technician would be out which was in the next hour. In that next hour I got a text Bobby the Technician on his way. Dispatch also called to inform me he about less than ten minutes away from your residence.

Bobby pulled up with some tools and shook my hand and introduced himself. He put on foot socks before entering the house. I showed him the air handler and condensor. Bobby noticed the drain line from the air handler was plugged and needed to be blown with some nitro. Bobby was great and upfront on the cost, before doing any work, which I appreciated. Bobby clean out the line, checked the temperture and air flow. He noticed that it could be better as far as temperature difference. I asked Bobby if he could check the condensor outside. Bobby was more than willing and brought other specialized tools. Bobby noticed that it was a bit low on freon and it cost about $100 per pound. I let Bobby do the work in charging the system. He showed me the improvement after the charge, which was definitely cooler numbers. I was very pleased with the great service Bobby provided. As he ran the invoice he inform me about there Crazy Family Plan! A great value where they come out twice a year and make sure your HVAC is good to go and they wave the $99 dispatch charge as well for $250 a year member fee. I feel this is a great value and it almost pays for itself the two times they come out to your residents. I asked Bobby to sign me up to be a member and add it to my current bill. Bobby gladly also gave me a business card and magnet so I may reach out to them if and when we have another AC or Heat issue. I'm glad I chose and reached out to the Crazy AC Guys and feel I didn't just get a great piece of mind service but a true neighbourly business within the community. Thank You, Bobby

We can't thank Blake, Bobby, and Clayton enough for their incredible service! We called Blake at 7am and, despite the last-minute notice, he was at our home by 8am to assess the issue. By noon, he had Bobby and Clayton here—again, on very short notice—to install our brand new AC unit. They went above and beyond, fixing problems left behind by a previous contractor and even waited on a part they didn’t have instead of delaying the job. Thanks to their dedication, our home is cool and comfortable again. Honestly, I don’t think we would have made it through the weekend without risking a heat stroke. Highly recommend this team!

Josh was in my home today for a maintenance visit. He was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable. He was very pleasant and respectful. It was a pleasure to have him in my home. All of my experiences with the AC guy have been good, but today's experience was exceptional! Thank you, Josh!

Stay away! Tech came out and said 5k to fix leaking indoor coil. They pulled up this old catalog with scribbled in prices. Verified with tech they they work on commission. Called another place that replaced coil for just under 1k! Yes, you have to be crazy to call crazy ac guy!

Noticed my AC wasn’t blowing cold and gave these guys a call. They were able to make it out within the next couple of hours following and get us all fixed up. A part on my unit needed to be replaced. Communication was 10/10, love that they give a photo and brief bio about the tech coming out so that you know who the tech coming out looks like (safety first). Blake was very knowledgeable and didn’t mind taking the extra time showing me my unit and explaining things I didn’t quite understand. Will definitely be calling these guys for all future AC/Heating
needs.

We had a great experience with crazy ac guy. We called them for a second opinion when the company we had been using for years were not answering my questions and we got the feeling they were more focused on trying to sell us a new unit. The company had someone out the same day we called. He was on time, very professional, and his answers to my questions made sense to me. He actually took the time to find a leak and repair it as opposed to selling us a completely new unit. We realize that unit may not
Last too much longer( or maybe it will), but every year extra we can get out of it the better off we are financially. When it does need to be replaced, this company has earned that business.

I’ve just had my Spring maintenance visit from The Crazy AC Guy. This visit was great, just as all of the Crazy AC visits have been. My tech today was Freddie Knight. Freddie was friendly and personable, explained what he was doing, and did a great job. Crazy AC installed my system some 8 or 9 years ago and have keeping it running for me ever since.
I give Crazy AC and all of the techs working there 5 Stars!

My wife and I, gave Steve and his team a shot after a chance meeting with him at Tractor Supply. We were amazed at the wonderful experience that followed. The scheduler was informative and followed with great communication. Then the best part, Brayden showed up a took care of our issue, communicating every step of the way!!! The Crazy AC Guy service is dependable, honest and affordable. I needed advice and guidance on a newly self installed mini split. The AC Guy came highly recommended. I contacted them after the new system did not cool. They came out the first thing in the morning and assessed the issue. Quickly found the problem and fixed it. The technician was free to explain what caused the problem after testing the system and repaired it with no attempt to upsale. I highly recommend them for any residential or commercial HVAC installation and service.

This company was awesome!! They were prompt and courteous. Cleaned up 100 percent after their work! Would definitely recommend! And I love my new AC!!

Again, the response was quick, Clay and Seth found the issue right away and promptly took care of it. Wasn't a big issue, but could have grown into one. Love the easy communication with office staff and the technicians!!

OK so let me start off by saying… if you ever have to replace an entire system don’t go with anyone else but the Crazy AC Guy!!! They are super professional. Brayden and Bobby came out were extremely honest. I had another company come to give competitive bidding and they waited around to make sure they didn’t get beat. Now if that’s not dedication I don’t know what is. Clearly they were not going to get beat. Not only did I go with them for the pricing but I also went with them because Brayden was knowledgeable a leader in training Bobby and just over all great guys. I highly recommend going with the Crazy AC Guy for any of your HVAC needs.

Had my maintenance visit yesterday. Blake was rep that came. He was on time. He explained several things about our unit that was new to me. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciate the advise he gave. He was friendly and respectful. We have received great service from this company. Recommend contacting them for any services they provide.

Blake came to fix our A/C. They were able to get us in within a few hours on a Saturday (others weren’t). When he arrived, Blake was great. He was efficient and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything and showed me everything he did. My husband arrived home just as he was about to leave and he was happy to walk him through everything as well. We will definitely be keeping his info and calling for our A/C service needs!!

Awesome service! Very professional. Came out within one day of calling. Gave me a window of time they would be at my house. Called and texted me when they were on the way. Sent me a photo of who to expect. Today's technician was Josh and a coworker. Very knowledgeable guys! Definitely will have them return! Respectful of my time!

I want to give 2 1/2 stars but it won’t let me give half stars.
Definitely gave 2 because they did at least have somebody out the night my ac unit stopped working (9pm) due To a very ignorant contractor that cut a wire and ended up blowing the compressor. The guy that came out was named Marshall and just wasn’t very friendly at all. I understand he had probably had a long work day and all but just wasn’t friendly in the least. He ended up getting my AC kinda working again and then told me it’s only gonna work for 60 days maximum because I will need a completely new unit due to the age of mine. Instead of telling me this beforehand so that I could’ve weighed my options of just using window units until I got the new system. He “fixed” it charged me $700 and then told me they could replace the unit but it would be at least $20,000. 🤣 I’m sorry, but this company is ridiculously expensive! Have had three others come out and all of them were around 10,000 or less for the unit so half the price of what this guy gave me. Could have had a customer for life, but instead, I will now be going with another company
