I really like working with Wacey and his team. However, I’ve been asking for details on how I can hook my air-conditioning units to Wi-Fi and Wacey has said he was going to send me the details. Wacey is a super hero. Besides doing a great job on my system a few months ago, we learned that our 86 year old neighbor's AC had recently stopped working. His family had a different AC person in yesterday who left saying that he had "fixed it", but I stopped by yesterday evening and it was obvious that he had not. So I gave his family Wacey's contact information and he was out within hours (worked him into an already busy day).

Wacey identified the the issue and had the units (upper and lower units were both out)working in no time at all. This included having to crawl up into the hot attic and run a drain line on the upstairs handler.

Our AC unit quit working at approximately 6 PM on a Friday evening. I contacted Brazos and Wacey came right out and had the unit up and running by 8 PM. Fantastic service that was greatly appreciated considering the temperature was 106 that day.

Brazos River installed my (3) Heat Pump Systems about a year & half ago. I have him do the maintenance on them now. He always shows up on time and does a thorough job. I will never use anyone else for my AC/Heating needs. He is knowledgeable, dependable and reasonable.

Had an issue with waking up every morning with stuffy/dry nose since turning on central heat. I was thinking of getting a full house humidifier which would have been very pricey. However, Wacey made several suggestions & as it turns out we did not need to do anything to our unit but make a few adjustments to the fan circulation. Came out within one hour & extremely kind & professional. Very knowledgeable & no high-pressure sales.

Russ was on time and very personable. He got to work quickly, checked everything out, and found nothing wrong. Yea yea. That’s what is supposed to happen when you’re on a regular maintenance schedule. You can tell how a business is going from its employees and Russ could not have spoken more highly of Wacey and the company. To me that’s enough to get me to continue doing business with them. Wacy and Brazos river ac is by far the best and most reasonable AC people around. Very prompt always on schedule and very thorough with the explanation of what is wrong and what it will take to fix.the issue number one by far in our book very fortunate to have him on our side.

Very fast service! Manual N and Manual J heat load calculations requested and delivered within 3 days. He was very responsive and answered any questions quickly and thoroughly and provided a detailed duct design. Not to mention affordable. Will definitely use again and refer him to other contractors.
