Roof very good. Poor communication to finish project as of 6 months later

Mike recently installed a new roof for us. While we assumed everything went smoothly, as soon as it started raining in August we found water running down a wall in my child’s bedroom and pooling on the floor. There were zero issues with leaks anywhere in our home before the roof was completed. Mike has done nothing to address the issue since we contacted him almost 2 months ago. He always has an excuse or doesn’t respond. Every time it rains, we get more water damage and who knows what the mold situation looks like currently. I even got on the roof myself to seal where I thought the problem was for a temporary fix, until he resolved the issue, but that didn’t work. We have given him ample time to address his work and make repairs, however it’s clear he has no intentions of correcting the problem that was created. As a warning to potential customers, please check out your other options before this becomes your nightmare too.

Mike, thank you for your extremely professional and eloquently written response. 👍🏼 I have not lied about the situation with our home. I stated facts and you responded with name calling, blaming, and threats revealing your true character. We tried to get you to come out for two months and you couldn’t set an appointment, but now that I wrote a review you want to set an appointment? I am 100% not comfortable with you coming to my home after your delusional reply. We have another company coming out to fix the problem and won’t be needing your services. God bless.

Did a roof for my rent house and did an awesome job! Very pleased with the new roof and fair price. Mike and his crew are awesome!

Mike helped me with an emergency roof leak repair on a commercial building in Allen. He got the metal roof fixed the same day. Thanks to him thousands of dollars in costly electrical equipment was saved.

Mike installed Christmas lights for me and I can tell you it was the absolute worst experience. He sent out a group of teenagers and the lights looked horrible. They left clips all over the yard and hung the lights on the house backwards. I contacted Mike and let him know, sent pictures etc. He told me they were behind with getting lights up, that he was down quite a few of his normal crew and had to send new people. He was initially responsive to getting it fixed but then became increasingly irritated, was short and rude to me. I was very understanding to his situation and told him it was fine, I could wait for it to be done. When he did send someone to fix it they did just a ok job. They did not put the house lights on correctly just tried to fix what the first team had done. Mike was incredibly rude to me. Hung up on me, spoke over me, refused to let me speak and was hostile via both text and phone. He was supposed to come and fix a few things which he never did. I didn't bring it up again because I would be happy to never speak to the man again. Additionally, he was supposed to take down the Christmas lights which never happened. He has not answered any texts, emails or phone calls. Needless to say- would never recommend to anyone.

Best Texas Services has performed several projects at my house. Michael has always been responsive, prompt and professional. They dealt with the insurance company when needed and handled the interactions. In addition to my house and guest house that needed to be replaced due to hail, they also re-roofed 5 additional houses in my neighborhood.
His crew also re- painted my two houses that was not storm damage. I have recommended his company to several colleagues for roof and gutter repair.
I would highly recommend this company.

The owner was contracted to do a complete roof replacement, a fence replacement and four window replacements. The roof replacement was perfect. The fence replacement was very good.

His subcontractor ruined the inside of my house trying to replace the windows and ruined the bricks around the outside of the window. Also the windows were the incorrect windows as they were a 50/50 split and not a 60/40 split. Two incorrect windows were installed to close the hole where the old two were and they were not even put in level and won’t stay open.

I paid the owner over $3k down to do the windows that were never completed. He kept telling me he would make it right and fix everything. After several months, I signed a new contract with a different company to put in the correct windows and replace the now broken windowsill.

I eventually took the owner to court and won for the return of my deposit money for services not provided. Unfortunately there is no way to collect in small claims court.

The owner took my money for windows, had a subcontractor wreck a wall in my house, then moved away and ghosted me in court.

Mike has done a superior job installing Christmas lights the past few years! Highly recommend! Also awesome job on pergola over back patio!

Daniel came out to install a transfer switch and consolidate my power to a single pole. He did a great job, showed up on time, and worked through a couple of unplanned challenges. Very satisfied!

I was at Home Depot, confused by the electrical aisle. I saw a guy who very much seemed to know what he was doing...unlike me. Anyway, I asked him if he was an electrician and he said yes, a master electrician. He was super generous with his time and helped me greatly. I got Daniel’s contact info and called him later that day to help me with a job. We met the next morning, he was on-time, super knowledgeable, and he did the job that very day. His work was top-notch and very reasonable. I highly recommend Snyder Electric!

I was planning to DIY a new circuit run for a mini-split AC but ran into some snags and decided to call in the pros. Daniel was highly recommended on Nextdoor, so I sent him a text on a Sunday. Out of the 3 electricians I contacted, he was the only one that responded that day. He told me how to fix the problem, and offered their services for a reasonable price. I took him up on his offer and one of his guys came a few days later and knocked out the job. He even let me watch and ask questions :) I plan to use them again for an upcoming project. Daniel Snyder from Snyder Electric installed a 50amp breaker in my main breaker box. He also had to move some 20 & 30 amp breakers to get the 50 amp breaker in the correct position for the installation of the Interlock system. After installing the 50 amp breaker, he then installed the Interlock System. He connected and mounted next to my main breaker box a Welluck 50 amp generator power inlet box (top rated by the way). Included in the installation was a 25 ft. heavy duty 50 amp extension cord (for use with my portable generator). Daniel showed up on time as scheduled, the installation was done professionally in less than an hour. His pricing was reasonable and certainly competitive with other electrical companies in the Boerne and San Antonio area. He explained how to connect my portable generator and how to use the installed Interlock System with the generator. I was extremely happy with the overall experience and would highly recommend Daniel and Snyder Electric.

Called Snyder because the master bedroom circuit breaker kept tripping. Tech came out found the problem and fixed it. Snyder wired the house when it was built. Owner said NO charge since it was their fault. I almost fell over. I highly recommend this company. Thank you very much.

We needed several switches changed out to dimmer/smart switches. The folks that came out did a superb job with installation and alignment. They were punctual and very professional in their interactions. I'd highly recommend.

Highly recommend! Circuit breaker (office/internet) kept tripping after a close lightning strike just before Memorial Day weekend. Purchased a new $80+ breaker and was going to attempt to install myself but got cold feet once I removed the main panel. I called Daniel for his services, and 5-star reviews. He gave me guidance on a potential fix I should try first. His recommendation resolved the issue and now I can return this $80+ switch. I am saving his contact info for electrical services and honesty...I recommend you do too!

Recent storm tripped a few breakers, but after reset we still didn’t have power to our garage and bathroom outlets. Other electricians quoted various prices to come diagnose the problems. When I reached out to Snyder Electric, I received a callback from owner. After discussing the problems, he guided me to locating and fixing both issues! With professionalism and integrity like that, I’ll be calling them for any future electrical needs.
