Electrical reviews in Boerne, Texas

Excellent service and very reasonable. Jesus did a great job on installing a 240v 50amp breaker and outlet in our garage and he did not cut corners. I would recommend him.

HOME GENERATOR. I had the luck of meeting Jesus and his wife for a previous electrical repair job . I was so impressed that I asked him to quote a whole home generator for my house. This was no tiny job. My house is over 5000 sq ft. The generator was a 22kw generator with two switching panels. Not only did these guys do an incredible job, but they were by far the best price. To top it off, they are just nice people. I feel lucky to have met them and now I finally have an electrician in Boerne that I can count on.

Mr. Ibarra and crew were very detailed in their work and great at keeping us up to date on progress. Went above and beyond on several wiring issues that I thought were complex in nature. Looking forward to the next projects I'm currently planning. Will continue working with Electrical Diagnostics. I am very happy with their work.

Jesus did an amazing job installing our light fixtures. He was extremely flexible in accommodating our busy schedules, prompt and knowledgeable. He is a skilled professional with attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I called for some electrical problems around our house and Jesus showed up on time (actually early) the same day. He fixed all the problems and even fixed a light fixture that another electrician told me had to be replaced. He was very professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Electrical Diagnostics and I will use him for all of our future projects.

Jesus is a very high quality electrician, very conscientious and thorough. In addition to repairs and installation performed, he was able to diagnose a couple of other problems and make repair recommendations. He communicates plans, and shows up and performs work as promised. His prices are fair. I look forward to working with Jesus again when I have electrical diagnostic and repair needs.

Electrical Diagnostics has done two projects in our home and we are incredibly pleased with them. They are easy to schedule, provide upfront and reasonable quotes, arrive promptly and do quality work. Thank you!

Really appreciate the quality of workmanship and how smooth this project went. I highly recommend this company mainly because they are true to their word. That is very rare these days. Fantastic communication and the price quoted was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again in the future. Big Thanks

We would like to thank Jesus for the great work he has done for us over the years. Jesus has always been responsible, prompt and has even made an emergency call on his day off and we truly appreciate him and would highly recommend his services. 🤗

Outstanding service with great attention to detail! Jesus is the best electrician in South Texas! And the bonus is the extremely reasonable pricing! We could not be happier with Jesus and his company, Electrical Diagnostics!!

I could not be more satisfied with this service. Communications were perfect, the work performed was excellent, and the price was right. He did what he said he was going to do and was on time. You can't beat that. I highly recommend electrical diagnostics LLC to anyone.

Thanks so much to Myra for the excellent completely remote quote experience; including lighting option pictures from Home Depot as well as possible locations for the fixtures & appointment confirmation. Very professional customer service!
Plus thanks so much to Jesus the electrician who arrived on time, removed the old fixtures and fluorescent lamps, then installed the fixtures I picked up as planned.
Again, exceptional experience, highly recommend, Mike

Jesus did a fantastic job. He was super professional, showed up on time, and it was very clear he knew what he was doing. He did a wall drop for two light fixtures we wanted installed and other odd jobs around the house and he did them not only with his superior skill but with an artists eye as I wasn't quite sure exactly where I wanted my fixtures and he was able to place them where they looked most aesthetically pleasing. Will use this company in the future for ant electrical needs and highly recommend!

Jesus has worked on several projects around our home. He is always on time, is very courteous and easy to work with. I feel confident in the quality of his work. I have recommended him to several of my friends. It is very hard to find someone as trustworthy as Jesus.

First time using this Company and we were very satisfied and impressed with service. The communication from office on appt and availability was excellent. Jesus was very experienced and communicated all details of work and process of repairs. He truly took time to explain issues and made sure no other problems could have caused our breaker to continue to trip.
I have already scheduled him to do other electrical repairs I need. I would highly recommend Jesus and his Company.

I used Jesus Ibara and Electrical Diagnostics for all of my electrical work to make improvements for 7 new tenant suites in my strip center. He got his city permits in time, did excellent work and passed all inspections. His communication with me and the other trades was outstanding - I always knew in advance when he was coming. He finished his work on time and was very professional. I highly recommend him for any electrical work.

The team at Electrical Diagnostics was easy to work with and highly reliable. Jesus was punctual and did a wonderful job installing pendant lights in our home. We highly recommend this company and will use them again on future projects.

I have used Electrical Diagnostics twice and could not have been more pleased with the service and quality of the work. They were prompt, arriving exactly on schedule both times. They sent reminders and follow ups. They are professional, extremely polite, and highly skilled in their work. They let me know how things were progressing. Not only was the job done skillfully, but the cleanup was so thorough you would never know anyone had been there. I could honestly not recommend anyone more highly.

Jesus did an amazing job on multiple projects that we needed done on our property. He is very knowledgeable and made sure that everything was done correctly and up to code. Very happy customer here and I will definitely be calling them for any electrical work that we need done in the future.

Exceptional work!! My electrician was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and overall excellent!! He was able to diagnose the problem with my 2 electric water heater and fixed them. I had another company come out 6 months ago, and they could not and did not diagnose the problem correctly and fixed a totally different issue, which was very costly but did not resolve the actual problem at all. Electrical Diagnostics, LLC did an amazing job. Highly recommend them for any electrical problem!!!

We recently reached out to Electrical Diagnostics to inquire about having several large, heavy chandeliers installed in our home. Because of their size and weight, we knew that each fixture would require additional bracing and support, so we wanted to be sure that were installed by someone knowledgable. We quickly received a response to our email inquiry, and had an estimate returned to us within 24 hours. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy - and our experience only improved when Jesus arrived at our door. Always friendly, timely and professional - Jesus worked in our home to do a number of projects (in addition to the originally planned fixture hanging!) in our home for the next several weeks. He always took the time to ensure that we were completely satisfied with the results, and was patient and willing to accommodate when little surprises in the project-process popped up along the way. Working with Jesus was an absolute pleasure, and we look forward to having him back to complete all of our future electrical projects as we continue to make our house a home!
