We’ve lived in our home for years without any plumbing troubles, but recently we came downstairs and found water all over the floor. After looking around, we noticed even more water outside in the yard. We called Matthews Brothers Plumbing, and Duane showed up quickly to help us out. He figured out our outside drain was clogged and took care of it right away. Duane was fast, efficient, and really professional, making a stressful situation much easier for us. We had a water leak coming from our upstairs shower, which was causing water to drip through the garage ceiling. A friend suggested we call a plumbing company, and we were glad we did. Duane came out and quickly figured out the cause of the leak and got it repaired—definitely not something I could have handled on my own. While he was here, I mentioned that our downstairs toilet was making a strange rumbling noise. Duane explained that the fill valve was the problem and showed me how to fix it myself, which was really helpful. He also took care of another issue in the master bathroom, where we were seeing small black particles in the hot water. He removed the faucet cap and cleaned out the debris right away.
