I wanted to take a few minutes and say how wonderful a company this is. The Owner David and his business philosophy is what EVERY business should strive for. We have had Comfort Boys over on a few occasions and although they know, by the age of my unit that it’s time to pull the trigger and replace it, they have made sure I’ve had the option to repair it first. When David came over to look at it a few days ago when the ac went out and the temps had climbed to 100 degrees I couldn’t be home. As I was heading over to discuss pricing a new unit he called me to let me know that all it needed was to be reset and that he was done and gone from my home. The fact that he had the perfect opportunity to tell me there was nothing he could do and it was time to replace the unit he didn’t. His honesty, integrity, fairness and dependability are lacking with most businesses these days, where the bottom dollar is what matters most, and that I can say is not what Comfort Boys is about! It is about customer service, it’s about having a company you can call on and know that they will do the right thing. THANK YOU, DAVID there is no other AC company out there I would or could ever recommend!

We had a new Diekan unit installed by comfort boys on August 1st . Couldn't be more satisfied. Their workers were very professional. The new unit does a great job, is very quiet. Has a better warranty than their competitors too! 5 stars!

When we got our AC & Mini-split, Ernie installed it. Since then we have had minor things that needed attention (nothing to do w/ the units) and Ernie has always helped us. He is so professional, polite and has always explained what happened ect. He never makes you feel dumb for asking any questions. If they had more stars to give I would. Ernie and Chris took care of a long standing with an old air handler in my shop that shook, raddled and dripped water all over everything. Now it's cool and quiet...Kudos to those two. Your Hired.

We couldn’t get another company to answer the phone so tried Comfort Boys. They made it a priority to get us on the schedule the same day and get our AC working again. Great company and technicians!

I'm not one to really leave reviews, however, I want to specifically leave a good review for Jason with comfort boys. Every time we have had to work with them, he has made my wife and I feel heard and provide solutions. It didn't matter if it was getting late in the day, he would go above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I think comfort boys is a better company because of people like him. Also shout out to comfort boys, no matter how many times we needed their help, they were great about showing up and doing a good job
