This is my 3rd time using The Comfort Pros. Every time they are professional, courteous, and HONEST. Bryon came out recently to inspect my HVAC system. The problem was diagnosed fast, and part was ordered. They were able to work around my schedule for a late afternoon spot. Bryon came out again, and had the part installed in about 30min. He even checked the AC unit for any other issues which I did not even ask him to do. Definitely a lifetime customer, and definitely keep hiring more HVAC techs like Bryon.

Comfort Pros is the ONLY company I trust 100%. They never try to price gouge, like many other companies have done to me in the past. They're also always quick to respond and they've always fixed the problem right away.

Bryon was very professional, he knew what the.problem was right away, and took care of it very quickly. For them to be able to send an A/C repairman just a few hours after I called, is a God send for us. I would recommend The Comfort Pros to anyone and would have Bryon come back anytime.

Just had my air and heating system completely replaced. They did an excellent job! I can even walk around some in the attic now. The staff at Comfort Pros are always polite, knowledgeable and caring. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for replacement, upkeep or concerns. You won't find better people then the owners in this family ran and owned business.

I had a nightmare of a unit, with multiple issues. The folks at Comfort Pros worked with me every step. The pricing was more than fair even though they came out four times. The staff was incredible from office to owner. Kim, Monica, Bryan, and Owner Kendall, were fantastic. Had a new air handler installed by Comfort Pros and the install crew was amazing and cleaned up after thermoses and did not leave any sign they had been there behind. My wife and I were really impressed and their professionalism and cleanliness . They got to us quickly also. Thanks so much!!

Excellent service! I had an AC failure during a recent “heat wave” and they were able to work me in same day. Chris got my unit back up and running until they could get the replacement parts in. Rob and Michael were excellent to work with. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. Had no problem working with my home warranty company. I 100% recommend Comfort Pros and I’ll be calling them for my next AC issue.

I went through 4 other AC companies to repair my 2 ton secondary unit. Comfort Pros diagnosed the problem with a bad compressor, readjusted the vent flow, and didn't try to upsell a new system like 3 of the 4 did. The pricing was right, the repair was thorough and Bryon was professional throughout. Needless to say, they will be my go to company.

Woke up and the A/C had stopped cooling overnight. We looked for companies in our area (Celeste), and The Comfort Pros had an overwhelming amount of great reviews. Chris showed up and was able to check several things out with the unit and kept us informed as he worked. After fearing that the compressor was bad, he was able to replace the capacitor and get us back on track. We appreciated his genuine concern for cost and his efforts to deduce the problem. Highly recommend.

Our newly renovated, vacant rental home in Bonham had its HVAC stop working per our property manager. We live out of state and of course there is a massive winter snow/ice storm coming. The house was 48 degrees, am fearing burst pipes and all the work on the home potentially damaged. Comfort Pros went out, got the unit working with a temporary fix until a part can be delivered. They were even able to help us get a solution to getting the water cut off. All on the day of the arrival of the storm! I can not thank you all enough for you help!! These folks have been nothing but polite and helpful! Very appreciative home owners in Virginia!

Byron and Steven as most CP techs are very professional, knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. The office staff are easy going even when a customer might be stressed.

I appreciate the work. These gentlemen did on my thermostat. They showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They were able to replace my thermostat and program my Wi-Fi and no time. Thank you comfort pros.
