Had a clogged line in the house I could not get cleared. The guys showed up and ran the line. Had it cleared in just minutes. They were great and cleaned up after their work! Also wanted to mention Lisa, at the shop. She was great and very helpful. 10 out of 10!! Will use again if needed!

I have done work with these guys 2 different times and both times they have done an amazing job. The 2nd time they came by i had them replace my main line, they were done with the job in just a few hours & did a great job at a great price. These guys are very kind and respectful, the owner is very professional and friendly as well. & shoutout to the receptionist for being so sweet to me every time i called and very quick to get back to me. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

We were getting ready to leave town & notice our sewer was backing up. After further inspection we realized it was the yard line from house to the main. I call to see if they could come clean it out. And they said it would probably be in the afternoon. I told them we were getting read to leave & would like to get it done this morning. She was very nice & worked it out to have the guys come. The guys were very professional & worked very hard.
Long story short we were on the road by 12:30.

Upset with this place right now. They originally told me they would be by at 8:30am on Thursday 9/29when I booked on Monday 9/26 to have work done around the house. They conveniently *forgot* they had said they would be there at that time.
Then the plumber didn't arrive until after 5pm, then took till after 8pm to do the work.
Tonight 10/7, one week after the work was done, I came home to find one the the hose/pipes they attatched from my dishwasher came off and sprayed water everywhere over our floor in our kitchen.
Of course its after 8pm now on a Friday.
When I had a look under the sink, there is black electrical tape where the hose obviously goes.
Now I'm not a plumber, but even I know that's not how you do things.
I'll be calling Monday to address this situation, when I'm a little less annoyed by it.

I have rentals in the Borger area and used to have good luck years ago with this company fair prices and good work. Well not anymore the last couple of experiences have been absolutely terrible from the really rude receptionist to them telling me my main sewer line was collapsed and telling me it would cost over $5,000 dollars for a spot repair or $13,000 for a new sewer line. Anyway I called another plumber he got me going for $88.00 he just ran a water jet.
Nothing wrong with the sewer line but if it did need replaced it would be $1,500 that’s a big price difference

Unfortunately, the job could not be completed as expected, and I had to take time off from work to finish it myself. I value professionalism and reliability, and I hope to work with providers in the future who uphold the same standards.

Home town company that dropped the ball. Long waits for service, if you get it at all. Rude receptionist. I wanted to use local business for my project and I got tired of waiting on Advantage Plumbing to respond. I went with Amarillo contract company and got job completed in timely manner.

Did a excellent job, quick, reliable and professional. With in budget.

advantage has helped me out of a few hard spots. they came in and go the job done fast. this is the 3rd time i have called them. family owned business in borger. i have my homes in fritch, no extra charge for coming out. i had main line water at 1 house and 2 different sewer issues at my other house,
