They gave my mom the run around for 2 days then when she finally got a time and date they didn’t show and had to make another time as far as the work goes I’m not sure, the work was completed so they did their job but not impressed with their punctuality

I called, they answered(none of that leaving a message and waiting hours or days mess) They were able to fix it the same day. A whole main power box replacement. Price was (I think) reasonable for a job that required taking out and replacing a whole part of the system. Glad I called them. Thank You Heather Hamilton for recommending them.

I tried to use this business but after a couple phone calls and NO return call from a guy named Rusty, I’ve given up. Just glad it wasn’t an emergency or safety hazard.
I can only imagine how long it would take to get a job done if they didn’t even have the time to return a potential customer’s phone call….don’t bother, they didn’t.

I spent 4 months and literally 12 phone calls back and forth trying to get them out to wire my shop. After 2 no-shows, several other excuses why they would have to call me back and at least 6 messages, I've given up. I'm not sure how you can run a business like this but they will not be getting any of mine.

We are so grateful for this company. Friday afternoon and no electricity. Joey was here quickly and immediately diagnosed a major problem, working with JAC to get our electricity back in less than 4 hours so we had heat that night.
We highly recommend this company.
