Less than impressed with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. I had a pipe burst coming of my pressure tank. The tech replaced 1 elbow and about 6 inches of 1 inch pvc pipe. Total took about 45 minutes. Was charged over $700 dollars for this. I understand that lots of businesses are closed due to weather and expected to be charged a little more than normal due to that. However that kind of price gouging is crazy! I was never given a quote or price before work was done, which I’ll take the blame on that for not asking for one, but I never expected to be charged a extra $420 “emergency labor charge” on top of the $250 normal labor charge.

I highly recommend this plumbing company, they have some really great guys who work for them and all around awesome service with fair prices! Josh who works there is absolutely amazing and such a hard working man. He is the best! Thank y'all!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Charged service fee of $75 + 3 hrs of labor. Problem was he was only at my house for 1 1/2 hrs and in that time he was on the phone for a hour of it. When I ask him where does he get that much labor time from he told me “the time started when he left the last job”. They had to order a part for my water heater and told me it would take 2 days for it to come in. I wait the 2 days and call him back for an update. I am told the truck didn’t come in so it would be another 2 days. Again I wait the 2 days and call back. Now he will not answer the phone or call me back. It has been 7 days now total since I called them for my water heater (which still doesn’t work). Do yourself a BIG favor and never use this company.

Tommy with Wallace Plumbing came out the same day I called and quickly cleared out the blockage between my house and septic tank. I appreciated the same day service.

I had two repairs completed at the same time, same bathroom. The toilet wouldn't hold a flush and the tub would back up taking a shower. Mitchell arrived with a plan and completed both repairs within 30 minutes. This was a home warranty service (AHS) and it was completed in a timely, friendly manner. I will rely on Wallace Plumbing in the future.

Josh Aaron did a wonderful job replacing my kitchen faucet and finding the leak in my bathroom sink. Had to climb into a small space and hunt down the leak.
Definitly recommend him.

The City of Rhome recommended I call Wallace Plumbing after they came out to check to make sure the standing water l found in my yard wasn't a "city water" issue. It was actually coming from my irrigation system. I called Wallace plumbing immediately. They were responsive and came out within 2 hrs of me calling! Ronnie was absolutely wonderful. He found the issue and fixed it quickly! This company is great! And I will be using them in the future for other services in my home! Thanks Ronnie and Wallace Plumbing!

Lazy employees and way over priced work to change out 2 outside faucets. And the pictures is the one in the front. They can’t even pickup after them selves

Had a water leak under house. Gave Wallace plumbing a call. I received a very quick response and they arrived on time and made the repair.Plumber was friendly and courteous. Price was about what I expected. I would definitely use them again.

Josh and Robert both did an excellent job. Had to come out for a leak that was determined to be larger issue. Back the next day for a rerouting of some lines to fix permanently. Very nice guys and professional the entire time we dealt with them.

Hired Wallace plumbing to fix a leak under my sink and Josh came out and fixed it right up! He was right on time, very professional, and kind - definitely recommend!

So thankful for for the phenomenal service I received the day after a major freeze!! Multiple water leaks were repaired in record time thanks to Ronny Spooner with Wallace Plumbing! I will definitely be calling them again for all of my future plumbing needs!

I live in a one bedroom, rural home, the comode stopped up. Lee had come for a similar problem a few months ago. Today he went the extra mile. Pipes under the house. He fixed it all and the problem is over for a long time to come. Super nice man and his assistant too.

Josh was GREAT!! He was fast and very knowledgeable. He even informed me that my current water filter was actually installed upside down and showed me how to take my cabinet door off. Contacted Wallace plumbing yesterday and they were able to come out the very next day! Will definitely be using them again in the future!

Wallace plumbing is outstanding, I called for a pipe repair and they were there within the hour. I believe his name was Josh came out and he did an amazing job. He got us fixed up and running pretty quick . Would recommend the service to anyone.
