They service my home plus a mini split on another building and do a good job at a reasonable price. They are on time and communicate well.

Came to look at the unit the same day. Francisco came in and asked a few questions. He was able to fix the problem within an hour!

Service appointment arrived on time as scheduled. Friendly and very professional service by Chase. A detailed verbal summary of the inspection and any future maintenance needs were provided to us.

Modern Air has helped us so much! Our business has multiple minisplit units that were originally installed by someone else and they have had SO many issues (not positive if the issues were related to the product or the original install). Chance and Francisco with Modern Air have come to my rescue on multiple occasions as I have had one unit after another die on me. They have been incredibly patient, responsive, and helpful.

I called Modern Air & talked to a technician, he said he would be in my area in the afternoon & would come by to check out my AC unit. True to his word, he was at my house within a few hours. He was super friendly & went to work right away. Afterwards he explained everything to me & said an email would be sent to me explaining his findings. Modern Air is the company I will be calling on from now on!

Absolutely horrible, of all ac company's I could have used I made a huge mistake having modern air install a new Oz Box unit. Very poor service by owner. I didn't do my research, my mistake. Owner sounded good at the time ,and I'm sorry now!

Chance/Chase is very rude when recalled to repair what wasn’t the first time. He even tried to criticize ME and my unit for HIS lack of professionalism. 🙄
$300 & 3 weeks later.. Mini Split still not properly cooling.
When he was here (and I asked!) he said it wasn’t leaking, and never came inside to check the unit. He also gave a very low # on Freon installed. Thought that was weird at the time.
Now I know why.
Total a hole- call someone else!
UPDATE: My Usual fantastic A/C crew came out today and (surprise, surprise NOT) THEY actually used beeping light up indicator tools to show Freon leakage.
Further proof this guy is a joke. All he did was charge me $300, pump in a little Freon, only to have it leak out again weeks later.
Too bad , Chase/Chance whatever your name is…. YOU missed out on a HUGE future sale.

The weather was going to be dipping down into the teens, I was originally scheduled to have a thermostat changed out on December 28. I received a courtesy call on December 22, that a technician will be out there today if that works for me ? It did work for me and the professional team found I needed Freon as well. Modern Air Solutions had me well prepared for the weather change. I greatly appreciated date change and their prompt service. Will definitely notify them again in the future. C Hall

I called the office late one afternoon to see when they could come out and assess our AC. It was not cooling our house and it was staying about 80 degrees no matter how low the AC was set. Kaycie answered the phone and was very kind, super helpful, quick to explain everything and check on when they could get out to us. Chance was able to come the very next day, was quick, professional, and went above and beyond doing little things like cleaning our unit when he didn't have to. The repair was quick/easy and very reasonably priced. Overall, our experience with Modern Air was great, we will definitely continue to use this business for all our AC/heating needs.

Let me tell you how much they have won me as a loyal customer. I have never had a company take care of me in this manner. My point of contact is Chance and Courtney. If I had any questions, I was able to email or call and get taken care of. We had work done to improve our efficiency and take care of my sons on the 2nd floor. Chance came out and discussed everything with me, built me a plan, and answered everything. I gave the greenlight and off they went.

They did such a great job, I came home from work and thought my ex showed up, and hell froze over...nope, just my A/C making igloos.

Wonderful help when remodeling a home. Did everything from a/c maintenance to installing the vents running through my kitchen cabinets for a downdraft vent in my cook top. The office staff is super friendly and is always happy to help. The guys do a great job and are always conscious about cleaning up afterwards and not tracking dirt into the house. Wonderful company. Can't say enough about them!
