This company has truly become my top choice for any plumbing concerns I encounter. As someone who has faced overcharging on home repairs in the past, I really value how these guys are always ready to diagnose the issue. They’re great at reassuring me when it turns out to be something minor, like the time I worried about frozen pipes, but it was just a sink faucet acting up at an inconvenient time. They are honest, respond promptly, and always show courtesy. I happily recommend them to friends and family. I recently had them move my washer and dryer’s water, drain, and gas lines as part of a kitchen and storage room remodel. They did an outstanding job again! Then, when the P-trap under my kitchen sink came loose and I couldn’t reach it, my son attempted to fix it but struggled to get the pieces back together. Jeffrey came out, took a quick look, and immediately noticed we had the washer installed incorrectly. He fixed it in just a couple of minutes, tightened everything up, and didn’t try to push any unnecessary repairs or charges. It took less than 10 minutes, and there was no fee. They really are honest about their work and pricing. You can’t beat that from a company you might need for an emergency repair someday.

i had an excellent experience with the plumbing team! they recently put in two new water heaters for us and upgraded our whole plumbing system, and i’m really happy with how everything turned out. from the first visit all the way to the final installation, caden and the crew were professional, friendly, and knew what they were doing. they made sure all the pipework and fittings were perfect, and even took time to explain how the new heaters work. the quality of their work is fantastic, and their customer service is really great too. i definitely recommend this plumbing company for any plumbing jobs—they went above and beyond!

We accidentally dropped a toy car down the main shower drain, which caused it to back up. Another plumber told us they couldn’t help unless we broke up the shower slab and did major repairs, which would have been really expensive. I called Howard's Plumbing Co. for another look, and Jeffrey arrived in less than 30 minutes. He got the car out quickly and the water is running perfectly now! I even had him replace an outdoor hose bibb the same day. They saved us a lot of money and were friendly, quick, and really efficient. Highly recommend for any plumbing issues!
