This is my second time using Modern Air Solutions. Last year (2024), was my first experience and just like last year, it’s a DITTO! The service was excellente’! Francisco and his assistant were professional courteous friendly and efficient. They answered all of my questions / concerns, plus provided additional pertinent information I didn’t think to ask. Another satisfied customer!

Thank you 😊

Ouch! Sticker shock. $454 to replace two $35 parts in a little over a half hour. Never got an estimate, I was figuring in the $300 range, which I would've been fine with.
Next time I will do it myself, or call my son who does this work, but he wasn't available, and the situation of 90 degrees in my house required me to call for service instead of doing it myself. But its working and only cost a half a weeks pay.

Everything from start to finish was excellent! I really appreciate the texts received throughout the process. The guys working on the project were very nice, respectful and worked diligently. I will definitely use them again.

Modern Air has gone above and beyond for me in getting my AC repaired. I sincerely thank them and would trust them for any AC needs going forward. Edward and Chance have been amazing.

Modern Air Solutions has been doing my HVAC maintenance for three years now. Customer service and communication is top notch. The team is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Would definitely recommended.

I am so well pleased with the service for more than our solution and I will tell you they have great customer service skills and everybody is so well spoken and so kind and polite thank you more thank you modern air solution

I had to have Modern Air back out because of a manufacturing defect. They diagnosed the problem and worked with the manufacturer to get a replacement; when the unit arrived they came out promptly and got me back up and running. Even though I’m disappointed in the quality of the product I purchased (not through Modern Air) they were great to work with and I would recommend them to all looking for vendor that cares about the level of service being provided.

Chance and Francisco have been doing service maintenance on our A/C and Furnace units since the "Big Freeze" in 2021. Their professional and hands-on approach is greatly appreciated. MAS is a reliable and caring team, including Haley. Excellent service!

The best!!!!! Called at 8am ... they were out by noon! Took care of my problem and charged me fairly! The only AC company I would use in Brenham!

Thanks so much!

Very professional, would highly recommend this guy.

Fit us in quickly when no one else would even return calls.

Honest and trustworthy. Did a good job installing my new AC.

Called him and he was out within 90 minutes, he and his helper completed job fast.
Will use in future.

Ryan is a terrific owner/service technician. Very reasonable rates and quick response.

Ryan is a great guy and very knowledgeable! Has been my go to guy for many years now!

He is the BEST there is period. Honest. Reliable. What more could you ask for in the sea of douchebags? Call him today. You won’t regret it.

Mr. Allen was such an amazing help in solving our issue, and had some great suggestions on issues I wasn’t even aware of. Honest and helpful. Called and he was here within an hour. Would recommend this business to anyone in the area. Thanks so much!!!

If I could give more stars I would! Ryan and crew were responsive, followed through, did an excellent job, and even went the extra mile to drive to Houston to pick up my equipment so that my problem could be resolved more quickly. Highly recommend and would use them over and over again!
