This place is awesome and then some! He came when we were on vacation in Mexico and my mother in law was home with our children and pets and fixed our AC. Then when we had trouble a few months later he came and gave us an estimate for 1/2 of what the other guys offered. And put freon in our unit to get us through the weekend until he could install the new one! Highly recommend them!

Showed up at the time they said and had us going within the hour. Friendly staff great service. Well done.

I cannot say enough great things about B&S Heating and thier staff. I called at 4:44 on a Thursday cause my 91 year old mother in law's heater wasn't working. I apologized for calling so late in the day but we had just gotten in from out of town. Ruby said "they take care of thier seniors"........9 minutes later there was a technician at our door........2 more technicians came and in less than 1 hour we had heat!!!!!!!! So happy I have found such a great company to take care of our heating and air conditioning needs!!!!!

We were preparing our churches fellowship hall for a very special celebration tomorrow when we found out the air conditioner was not working. I called the business number and got the information on who was on cash and what their number was. I called and got Trey who responded soon to my call. It ended up being a blown fuse but that takes nothing away with the quick response of Trey who had us cooling off within a short time. B&S has always been responsive to our needs and I have personally recommended them to many friends and family. Thanks B&S.

I had an awesome experience working with B&S. They were super easy to communicate with, showed up on time, and got the job done quickly and professionally. Whether it was fixing our AC or helping out with some construction work, everything turned out great.

You can tell they really care about their work and making sure you’re happy with the results. It’s not easy finding reliable folks these days, but I’d definitely call them again and recommend them to anyone needing HVAC or construction help.

The 2 techs Manuel and Christian came out and promptly diagnosed our non working furnace as a bad blower motor and replaced it and cleaned the flame sensor and got our heater back to working in the sub freezing cold weather here in Brownfield. Thank you B&S!

We replaced our entire system. After shopping around Consumer AC had the best price for what i was getting. They came one morning and was finished mid afternoon. everything works great. I couldn't be happier with the job. I would definably recommend Them.

Nothing is worse than your heater going out in the winter. I contacted Sam with Consumer Air Conditioning and Heating on a Saturday and he promptly came out to check on our heating system. Sam was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Sam even made sure my family would be ok with the cold weather until the parts arrived. He was able to get the heater fixed quickly and we couldn’t be happier. I couldn’t recommend him enough! He’s our go to guy from now on, plus I feel like we made a new friend!

My experience using this business exceeded my expectations!! Sam was able to offer me an appointment the following day. He was on time and kept me informed the entire time he was working on my unit. He shopped around for the best deal on replacement parts and allowed me a chance to offer input. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. You won't go wrong with Sam and his business!!

On a Saturday afternoon I noticed my AC wasn't cooling, my LCD screen had an error. I called Sam and he was able to come out later that day. He explained everything he was testing and looking for. He determined it might be something with the control board on the unit outside and would need to call tech support to confirm the issue. I had to fly out to Virginia the next day for a week for work but he kept in contact with me everyday. Tech support determined the whole control board had to be replaced and Sam was able to help verify that the board was still under warranty. He picked up the board himself and showed up Wednesday evening while my brothers were home and swapped out the board and got everything working again! Not only did he keep in constant contact to let me know what was going on, he helped save me thousands of dollars!
