The technician arrived in a noticeable hurry and with a poor attitude. He didn’t introduce himself or clearly identify the company he was representing. There was no company name on the van, no business card—nothing to verify who he was beyond the logo on his shirt.
When I explained the issues I was experiencing, he was dismissive and rude, at times implying that I wasn’t being truthful. His responses were unhelpful, often brushing off concerns with comments like “well, I don’t know then.” One of his suggestions—to remove the dryer vent cover from the wall while drying clothes—felt questionable and unprofessional.
I contacted the company to report the experience, but it turned out to be a dead end since the technician is the owner’s brother. That made it clear that my concerns wouldn’t be taken seriously.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Being treated with disrespect in your own home by someone who is being paid for a service is unacceptable. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
