Constraction reviews in Brownsville, Texas

On time and even made an exception considering my budget was very low. They were willing to work with me and provided above and beyond service! Will be using this company again. Mr.Trevino himself even stopped by to make sure the project was completed properly!

Trevino Remodeling provided a master bathroom shower remodel and a replacement of worn patio support beams. These projects were completed professionally and satisfactorily and we appreciated the improvements. The workers did a great job cleaning up each day after they left, which was much appreciated, and reflected well on the professionalism of Trevino Remodeling. Thank you!

After a rough start with their quotes and actual work accomplished Trevinos came through. Sam and his crew completed the work contracted like a charm. I'm please with the workers they were very professional and ensured work was done to my satisfaction. I will certainly contract Trevinos Home remodeling in the future for my home remodeling. Thank you Sam and the crew that worked on my home exterior project replacing soffit where required. Many of the places the soffit had a lot of rooten wood due to water damage. My home was also painted and the color looks great. I highly recomend Trevino's Home Remodeling. They ensured I was completely satisfied and I am. Thank you.

Ask if they could help get stucco on a tower send them a picture and they didn't even bother to reply. I had to call them again and said that they don't do small repairs. Waste of my time

Highly recommend CLV Construction!

I was extremely pleased with the attention to detail, their professionalism,
sticking to their quote, and completing the work here on South Padre Island on time. Will definitely be using them for other jobs.

Thank you Lenny and Louie for making this home buying experience a great and easy one. Anybody looking for affordable home or looking to build I highly recommend working with them. Thanks again guys for a beautiful home.

Don, owner of CLV, is very meticulous in his work. He had a GREAT CREW in Chris and Rauel. They were very punctual, courteous and hard working, and they were all highly skilled. I am extremely pleased with their replacing my old, rotting wooden deck with beautiful new long-lasting Trex. They also did several other repairs I needed around my house and did them very well.
Their price was very fair and reasonable.
hard-working

I had CLV construction completely remodel my 2 bedroom 1 bath condo. Their prices were flexible based on my needs and the level of detail paid attention to on my property was superb!

CLV Construction helped me by building my first home. I can honestly say I could not be happier with the results! I was in constant contact with Louie and Lenny over the duration of the build. They are responsive, courteous, and professional. They always were considerate in working around my schedule so I could decide how I wanted my home designed. For any of your construction needs, I would highly recommend going with CLV. They are great people and run a great company that truly help peoples dreams come true. Thank you so much CLV!

Amazing job! Wow 🤩 ! My renovation project was comprehensive and done beautifully. Lenny & Luis with CLV put in new floors, new plumbing, got rid of the popcorn ceilings, completely re-did the two bathrooms with new tile, new vanities, new everything essentially, and gave me a custom built new kitchen! And a new garage =) I'm so happy with my renovation, it is truly like living in a new home. I've been living in the renovation almost a year and have had 0 issues. Plus, selecting the materials for the renovation was easy and fun, and the whole house is cohesive, modern, and stayed within my budget. Please check out the before and after photos!
