I have video proof of their employee speaking in a horrible manner and with bad words in Spanish after entering my apartment. Bad attitude, bad job, & didn’t want to replace my carpet after my water heater flooded my floor.

Pro Cleaning was hired by my apartment's office to clean up after a pipe busted in my upstairs bathroom. In order to clean the carpets a few things needed to be moved around. Mattress and box springs and bed frames. Bookshelves. Nothing fancy.

Before I continue I need to mention no one was home at the time. I work on the road and I had to leave early that morning well before Pro Clean arrived. Unfortunately I had no time to take care of moving those things. If I had time there would be no issue.

So long story short, they destroyed a book shelf. It's a cheap shelf, mind you, but they completely destroyed it. By the looks of it they tried moving it without taking anything out. It looks like they tried tipping it to one side. That was...not well thought out. They did move two others without damaging them (or removing all the book, for that fact) and the bed and frame were moved into the room opposite (no problems there).

When questioned about it they say they don't move furniture because they don't want to assume the liability. Well, buddy, you might want to tell your employees that. No one else was there and it wasn't water damage.

They lied. So I'm just going to post the pictures.

So as you can see they did move things around. They placed two of the shelves together where the bed was. The broken one cracked on one side and the top half collapsed into the door. If not for the fact that the room connects to the bathroom you'd never be able to get in.

So I'm not complaining about the moving of things. I actually expected it. I also expected them to exercise common sense. Those shelves look like they have a lot on them but it wouldn't take a few extra minutes to just take everything out and put them on the floor in the next room. Easy. But they got lazy.

Now as for the books...those are all quite expensive. The shelf is cheap, the books are not. None of which are currently in print, I should add, so not easily or cheaply replaced.

Like I said, I simply did not have time to clear anything out. If I could have spared the time I would have and saved myself the headache. But I work very hard and I don't appreciate someone coming in, destroying my things and *lying* about it.

Update: They claim to have no email (!) and are still denying having damaged anything. But they have seen this review so the good news is they clearly have internet access. Bunch of useless liars.

So beware that if you use Pro Clean and they damage and destroy your things they'll deny everything and lie through their teeth. Good job, guys! Good job.

Grand Opening Weekend Nov 10, 2023. Excellent Location, friendly staff. Garden center is not 100% operational yet. Great selection of farm products. Nice store to visit.
