Electrical reviews in Bryan, Texas

I've been a customer for a very long time, they always provide excellent service, prompt, and reliable. Workers are very professional and polite. Stephen is a very good employee!

University electric has to be the top electrical and generator service company in the Bryan College station area . Their services go above and beyond for me and my families needs. They even set me up with a GENERAC WHOLE HOME GENERATOR. Super thrilled with these guys . I would give them 10 stars if google would allow it !!!

The technician, Jose, that came out to fix and replace several of my outlets was great. He was on time (only a 30 min window which was awesome) and took care of everything I saw needed doing and went through and made sure there weren’t things I missed and took care of those as well. Great service.

Another company that I found that is great. We had electricity problems and googled the best electric companies. We found university and wow, we are so happy. We called them, and did not get them right away. Within a few minutes, they called us back. They talked to us like they had known us for years. When they came out on time, they found the problem immediately. And guess what? Their prices are fair. I just love companies who when they answer the phone, they don't treat you like you are bothering them. So I thank God I met the people at University Electric.

Always an amazing experience with this company. Matthew is always very proffessional and friendly. He and the company as a whole, provided wonderful service. When it comes to anything electrical or Generator related, Matthew is the guy to talk to!

Very satisfied with the service , Chris was very professional and knowledgeable and completed the project in a timely manner. My restroom lights look wonderful. Thank you Chris for a job well done.

My experience today was one of the best interactions I’ve had with contractors of any kind. Scotty was professional and he knew his stuff inside and out. He resolved all our issues where other electricians in the past were stumped and gave up.

Jose and his team did a great job upgrading my home to all LED lights. They arrived on time, worked promptly and professionally. I would use them again.

Prompt and excellent service! Gary and Jake did outstanding work in replacing our broken meter. For any future needs we will for sure call University Electric.

They came for a f/u problem. Two outdoor lights did not work. I thought the lawn people had cut a wire. They found out that ants had damaged the wire, fixed it very quickly, and everything worked. It was really easy to schedule an appointment. I would not use any other electric company!

Great Service and Extremely Knowledgeable. BIG SHOUT OUT TO UNIVERSITY ELECTRIC! They have been working on my house for last few days on various electrical projects. New Closet lights, new updated smoke detectors, new Ring /Doorbell for my Front Door and THE BEST — New Landscaping Lights. I highly recommend them.

We had a part of our bedroom lose power, no plugs worked nor did the ceiling fan. They checked everything out and it turned out to be a bad plug. They fixed it and explained what was wrong with it as well. They were super professional and quick. They did an amazing job!

Excellent service and quality work. Have done many jobs with them and they always impress.

Justin showed up on time, was pleasant, took care of what needed to be done efficiently and at a reasonable price compared to another competitor I had previously used that had charged more for less. I plan on being a repeat customer.

I enjoy working with University Electric! Very responsive and Kaitlynn always does her best to help me out. Justin is always super helpful too! I have had Jose go out and do a few things for my properties as well and hes very easy to get intouch with if anything is needed. :)

Fantastic professionals with prompt and efficient service! Will ALWAYS call University Electrical Services LLC for our needs--we trust them and they do the best work around town! Thanks!

I manage an apartment complex here in Bryan, and University Electric came out and replaced 11 of our security lights with new LED fixtures, I was very impressed with the customer service from Kaitlynn and Pedro, they were the nicest people! My residents came in the very next day after they installed the fixtures to say how much they love the lights. one resident even stated “It’s lit up like a Christmas tree”. Thank you University Electric, I will most definitely use your services going forward!

Jacob and Jack were terrific. They were efficient and knowledgeable in their work. They both have great personalities. For any further electrical work I will call University Electrical and request they come and do the work. They left the area very clean.

We had a switched plug that was installed as an outside future outlet when our house was built in 2017. This switched plug was never used, so we didn’t know that it didn’t work until recently. Kenny tested the circuit and found a damaged wire. He was able to repair the issue and confirm that the circuit was in good order. Kenny was very professional, efficient and did a great job cleaning his work area when he finished. We are repeat customers of University Electric and they will continue to be our first call when we need an electrician.

Best Electrician’s in town. Not only were the technicians sent out (Gary and Jake) extremely knowledgeable and friendly, but they also put so much care in their work that it was as if they were working on their own home! So, thankful that my neighbor recommended University Electric.

I was able to get my work done quickly and reasonably priced! Chris was very friendly and professional. He worked quickly to get the job done and left the room clean when he was finished. Great work and will definitely use them again!
