Jacob was on time for our appointment. We walked around d to see if there were any problem trees. Jacob proceeded to feed the trees. When Jacob was done, we discussed a couple of issues to clean up or watch. Jacob was very knowledgeable and everything was clean when he left. Thank you!

Had several trees shaped up from storm damage and some preventative pruning completed by the crew at Top Point Tree. After some near misses, I was able to make contact with TOP POINT TREE. I have used them at least twice before. Once after the big freeze that broke several large limbs. Also to remove tall dead trees.I needed a broken maple stump removed and limbs trimmed from two oak trees that were too close and it was causing one tree to grow outward instead of upward. My wife and I are retired and must make accommodations to be able to afford major purchases. To spread the cost over two pay periods, it was agreed to first grind the stump down and pay in full. Next month was scheduled to trim the limbs in the two large trees. The worker showed up at 8 am as agreed, but since the stump was about two foot tall, he went back to the shop for a chain saw. He started at 8:20 and was done with the whole project by 8:35. He ground the stump down to about 5” deep and chased some of the roots that were at ground level. He loaded the grinder and came back with a rake and raked all the chips and other debris into the hole left by the grinder. He packed it down as best he could. I was fine with the cleanup and work. He thanked me for calling Top Point and for awarding them the job. The final cost was under the estimate because of a 10% discount. That was a surprise and very much appreciated.
