Hi today when I got home, the pump was running but no water was going through. The pump was red, hot and smoking And the cap was loose on the basket
It would be very nice if your technician made sure that the cap was on and that water was flowing again before leaving. If this causes a failure with the pump, I would hold you responsible.

Pool care reps are always kind, careful, and thorough. I enjoy their visits when I happen to be home, and also know they are very attentive when I’m not there.

Zack is knowledgeable, dedicated and willing to teach owners how to work with their pools. He is super-conscientious about the work. I hope that Austin Swim Pure knows what a prize they have with this employee.

Swim Pure Pools has been our pool maintenance company since April of 2022. We are always happy with the condition of the pool, and the positive, helpful attitude of Swim Pure team. Our pool has been 100% swimmable (even after extreme weather events) due to Swim Pure's consistency, attentiveness and response. Thank you for helping us to have a worry free pool!

The pool service has been good. There has been a time where the pressure was high that I believed the pump needed backwashed and we did it ourselves. Otherwise they are thorough and always take photographs after they do maintenance cleaning on the pool.

I have used Swim Pure for maintenance and repair issues on two occasions and both times they were very timely and professional. I will not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

Quick service. 2 stars for pricing. $175 just to come out is ridiculous. Then service above that. I have used them when they were G&S, much more reasonable price. I'll be looking for another pool service.

Alex has been servicing our pool for about 3 months and is always punctual and does a great job. Always sends me a text before arrival to put my puppies up! Even comes when its freezing outside or not so good of weather. Recommend

Swim Pure took over from G&S pool service last year. So far, I’ve had very good results. Hector usually services my small pool, leaving it clean and looking well kept. He is very friendly, kind, conscientious and highly capable.

Walker provides excellent service on checking pool chemicals and cleaning on a monthly basis.

Alex services our pool weekly and he does a great job.

They are a great company, good prices, my pool always looks beautiful. Monitor any issues. Came to my home the same day when I had an issue with my pool.

Personal service, consistent, friendly, reliable and throurough. The best "extra" is they always make sure to fully close our gate for our puppies and send photos of everything, including of the gate latch.

Walker has been cleaning and servicing the pools at a resort that I manage for almost a year. He is punctual (even in horrible weather) and I am always impressed by his expertise on the equipment and water chemistry. He is also very patient with answering my many questions. He goes above and beyond and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and high quality pool services.

Our pool guy was Jacob terrific young man with a great personality very energetic likes his job. Jacob did a great job of taking his time to explain to me what was all going on and what needed to take place. Your company is very fortunate to have this young man work for you hold onto to him. good help is hard to find. Jacob is definitely a keeper.

We’ve been working with Donny from Swim Pure. Our pool is normally pristine but on occasion after their service the pool turns milky white, unusable for a week of two.
When this happens swim pure does not return our calls, and when we finally get a hold of them they are very defensive and will not accept responsibility. They blame it on changes in weather.
We’re fed up, it’s 98 outside, we can’t use our pool, they won’t call us back, we’re going to find a new provider or I’ll just care for the pool myself.

I do not even know where to start, besides telling people not to use this company due to how they handle issues. Especially management.
I ended up canceling my pool service last week and one of their staff memebers came to service my pool anyways (fine, not a big deal). I ended up sticking my head out of my window to let him know we canceled service and I caught him urinating on my pool pump.
I was shocked, what grown man urinates at a clients house on their property let alone right under my security camera (see the video). All he literally had to do was knock at our door, we have a bathroom he can use.
Anyways I called management right after and thats what really disapointment me about this whole experience. They took no accountability for their employees actions. All they did was tell me that they will tell him he needs to plan his "bathroom breaks better" and that they wont fire him cause overall hes a good employee. I was not happy with that answer and told him to have his manager call me, she never did so I called her. I caught her friday right before she was going on vaction I guess and she was no better then her employee. They literally said this isnt the first time their staff has done this. So your are meaning to tell me theres all these grown men coming onto clients property that have children and your okay with your male employees urinating all in your clients backyard? What a trash business model and quiet gross in my opinion.
She advised me that she was heading out for vaction and she would follow up when she got back, almost a week later and still not a call. Im not going out of my way to try and make this right because its not my job. If I was a manager I would be calling the customer trying to make this right. She advised to send her the video, so here it goes. Let all your customers see how your business treats them.
Do not use this company, clearly they show no respect for their customers. I filed a police report already on them due to their negligence.

The report I get after each visit is very informative and helpful. The technician we have is very nice and respectful of our privacy and our property. The office staff have been responsive.

Friendly reliable service. We use them of our weekly pool maintenance service and necessary repairs. Our pump recently died 3 days before a holiday weekend, they were able to diagnose and replace the pump in two days!

They provide a very detailed report when pool is serviced. The technicians are nice and have been great about letting me know when they are on the way so I have time to put my dog inside.
