I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciate, trust and recommend Adan and his sons. Long story short, after the snowstorm back in 2021 he made a repair, the same day, that I had been trying to get a “reputable” company to even give a quote on for over a week. Reasonable pricing, very knowledgeable about his trade and again total trust.

Gomez Heating and Air Conditioning have been lifesavers during this scorching Texas summer! Mr Gomez and/or his team have responded to my AC emergencies with same-day service twice now, once for a blower replacement and another time for a failed capacitor. Not only did they get my system up and running quickly, but they were also incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and charged a fair price. I can't recommend them enough for anyone needing fast and reliable AC repair!

I reached out to Alex Gomez to service our AC/condenser unit since the previous seller of our house suggested them.

They were able to come out the day I called them and they explained to us what required maintenance and what to watch out for etc. which we appreciated.

The reason why I am giving them three stars is because prior to starting work we asked them how much would it cost for the service and he told me $90. Once the service was done, they proceeded to charge us $110 and we questioned since before the work it was $90 and after the work done it was $110. They were unable to give us an explanation. I went on their website to take a look to see if there were any pricing to only realize they actually had a promotion during the day of our visit and it was supposed to be $85.

We've emailed them twice regarding an update on the price differences and never got a response back.

We understand the quality of the work is great but within 30 minutes you cannot change the price on us without any explanation.

Horrible service never ever use Gomez going forward . Hired to install thermostat charges are triple the price of a thermostat . Beware …
