I had a stubborn clog in my AC primary drain line that had been looked at by another HVAC company as well as a plumber. Both had recommended a drywall cut and piping replacement. I requested Greg's assistance for a second opinion and they sent Zach. Zach was able to fix the problem within an hour with no drywall cuts. Very professional and I've the deleted the other plumber's number from my phone since Greg is now my guy. Thanks!

I recently had AC maintenance done by Greg's Heating and Air, and I liked their scheduling tool. I can easily pick a time slot and check details like the technician's name and arrival time in the customer portal. Plus, their prices are great, and their customer service is super helpful.
The technician, Zachary, was fantastic! He cleaned my AC unit outside and replaced the parts that were about to fail. Now, our AC runs much better--the air is cooler, and it takes less time to cool our bedroom. I'm definitely going to sign up for the annual plan to keep both the heating and cooling systems in top shape.
