I needed to replace a 16 year old HVAC system, and Richard came highly recommended. I reached out, and he got back to me quickly and addressed my questions. Richard explained everything very clearly, and after I approved the work, they got to work the next morning for a seamless removal of the old unit and installation of the new one. The house was left spotless when they were done, and they took pictures of everything to share as we were not at the house during the installation. Super pleased with the work, his professionalism, and communication.

INTEGRITY is why Oasis is a cut above the rest. They are the best. They deserve every 5 star rating I give to them. Here is my story: My Home Warranty company had sent a company to do a diagnosis on my A/C.
That diagnosis turned out to be totally WRONG!. Once Oasis came out I saw where the company sent by my Home Warranty completely misdiagnosed my issue. It would have cost me thousands if I had listened to their tech. Thank God for Oasis. They found the issue which happened to be a small part which the other company never took the time to troubleshoot. Oasis quickly replaced it. Jesus M. and Abdiel C. were very professional. The Oasis team was fast and thorough...done within a day for a 4 ton complete AC/heater system attic replacement. I had called Richard the day before and the next day I was saving money with a new efficient system. Richard took the time to consult about possibilities for increasing air flow and comfort in my west facing master room. It did the trick after 20 seasons of hot/cold discomfort. Richard reviewed a quote I had received from another vendor and gave me the recommendation for the one I should choose. Through his willingness to educate me on the details I was sold on his trustworthiness. The team was professional with the details and clean up. The next day Richard texted me to see how the system was performing. The new thermostat (NEST) they installed is intuitive and efficient and can be remotely controlled through a phone app. I could not have asked for a better experience. Call them now if you have AC/Heater questions or needs.

Richard at Oasis Services, LLC was amazing. Had our AC go out during our last several day stretch of 100 degree weather. Call him up and had them out there within a few hours. Took about 10 mins to diagnose and replace a part that went out! Great service and great guy! Added him to our Residential and Commercial contact list immediately.

Recently we've had some issues with our HVAC system. Both times it was met with a courteous and timely response. They were very responsive and knowledgeable. Considering it is a fairly new build, it's nice to have someone that can take a disheartening situation and make it "not a big deal". I will certainly continue to use Oasis Services exclusively moving forward. I really appreciated their service!

I could not be more grateful for Oasis Services for checking on our heating system during the worst of snow days and frigid temperatures in Texas. As a mother of two little ones, it was a priority to find someone who could help us as soon as possible. I was on the phone very early and was ecstatic to have my phone call answered but someone as empathetic as Richard. The Oasis Team is the most professional in every aspect of the job they do. They are in uniform, they are super polite, they are respectful of your home and they clean up everything when they leave and make sure everything is in working order. It doesn't get any better than that.

We needed help with an air conditioner at my FIL house. I called Oasis and they had someone out there within an hour and a half. They got the AC working and everyone we came in contact with were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Oasis!

I am pleasantly surprised at how quick and responsive this company is. I am in the process of selling my home and there was so much I had to do to get my house ready. I was stressing about my A/C unit getting repaired in time for the sale and I know how busy some companies are, but when I called Oasis Services they were so quick to answer my message and they had a team member out almost immediately. All of the team members I worked with were very respectful. After inspecting my A/C, they promptly told me what was wrong and they knew exactly how to fix it. Everyone was very professional. Then I was surprised again at how fast they completed the repairs. We expected to have to wait weeks for ordered parts but they were able to come back the same day and install the replacement parts. I am so relieved I called them and I'll recommend them to anyone. They lifted all my stress about this process and the cost came out to be even more affordable than what I expected. Oasis Services installed a new AC system for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality, quickness, and efficiency of their work! When my current unit stopped working in the middle of August, I called Richard (owner) late in the day. He arrived in about 1 hour to diagnose the problem and provide options. I chose to have the unit replaced with a more efficient model, expecting to be added to a wait list. The Oasis team arrived early the next morning, and they had the entire project completed by early afternoon. WOW! Special thanks to technicians Jesus and John Paul, who provided status updates, answered questions, explained the new thermostat’s functionality, and provided a final walkthrough when the project was complete.

P.S. Another neighbor with a struggling AC caught Richard as he was leaving my home on day 1. They hired Oasis for an identical AC replacement project. The same team worked the 2 jobs simultaneously, and Richard granted both homeowners a discount due to the proximity of the residences. Well done, Oasis! Thank you.

I Had a 1on 1 conversation with Richard the Owner and He made it Happen ! Oasis Services brought an entire Crew to our Home in Buda and replaced our old AC unit in just a couple of Hours ! Big Shout Out to Oasis Services LLC for a tip top HVAC and new duct install. Richard Benavides came out for site visit, made the plan, set the schedule, quoted me a fair price. Within a couple of hours his team began removal of the old, tired, unit. The job was completed the next day - on schedule - by his professional and courteous team. The jobsite was left clean and the new unit runs silent and blows cold. Richard kept me updated throughout the install. I met with four HVAC contractors to have my HVAC system replaced and did not feel comfortable moving forward with any of them; pricing varied and scope of work was not consistent. I did learn a lot, though.

Richard is the most honest man in the business. He says what he means and backs it up with integrity. I have advised others to use him and they have all told me he took good care of them. When it was my turn to replace my AC, his team did it with great skill and care. They didn't seem one bit upset that I watched everything they did to learn what I could and answered all my question while still working. His team seemed to always know what each other was doing and ran as smoothly as any three guys I have ever seen. Truly well trained and very efficient. Talked to each guy and they all had nothing but positive things to say about working for Richard and Oasis. They have a loyalty to him and the company that you don't find these days and that says a lot about his leadership and dedication to his employees. While out of town on a business trip, our AC thermostat stopped working. I didnt know who to call but multiple neighbors recommended Oasis. So, on a Friday, I called expecting difficulty in getting someone to the house before weekend. Oasis answered phone right away, and were able to get to the house in less than 1 hour!!
