I needed to replace a 16 year old HVAC system, and Richard came highly recommended. I reached out, and he got back to me quickly and addressed my questions. Richard explained everything very clearly, and after I approved the work, they got to work the next morning for a seamless removal of the old unit and installation of the new one. The house was left spotless when they were done, and they took pictures of everything to share as we were not at the house during the installation. Super pleased with the work, his professionalism, and communication.

INTEGRITY is why Oasis is a cut above the rest. They are the best. They deserve every 5 star rating I give to them. Here is my story: My Home Warranty company had sent a company to do a diagnosis on my A/C.
That diagnosis turned out to be totally WRONG!. Once Oasis came out I saw where the company sent by my Home Warranty completely misdiagnosed my issue. It would have cost me thousands if I had listened to their tech. Thank God for Oasis. They found the issue which happened to be a small part which the other company never took the time to troubleshoot. Oasis quickly replaced it. Jesus M. and Abdiel C. were very professional. They did a great job. So Tonight I am a cool happy camper! And Thanks to Richard. (the owner). Your company is a true blessing. A Good Job Well Done! Fantastic!!!

The Oasis team was fast and thorough...done within a day for a 4 ton complete AC/heater system attic replacement. I had called Richard the day before and the next day I was saving money with a new efficient system. Richard took the time to consult about possibilities for increasing air flow and comfort in my west facing master room. It did the trick after 20 seasons of hot/cold discomfort. Richard reviewed a quote I had received from another vendor and gave me the recommendation for the one I should choose. Through his willingness to educate me on the details I was sold on his trustworthiness. The team was professional with the details and clean up. The next day Richard texted me to see how the system was performing. The new thermostat (NEST) they installed is intuitive and efficient and can be remotely controlled through a phone app. I could not have asked for a better experience. Call them now if you have AC/Heater questions or needs.
