What an awesome group of people! They took perfect care of us and sorted out a problem we’d made several attempts to fix! The team scheduled us quickly and stayed in touch the whole time! The guys that came out were really nice and knowledgeable and kept the area cleaner than it was when they came! Five BIG stars!

Pablo is extremely knowledgeable and a great communicator! I highly recommend him for your HVAC needs. He was able to fit me in the same day and resolve my heater issues fast at a very fair price. He thoroughly explained the issue and how he fixed it. TAV-AIR Service deserves your consideration.

They got to the house within a couple hours of our call. They diagnosed and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. We highly recommend them. Tav-Air is awesome. Any typical repair company would have probably told me to replace my entire unit ($10k+), but Pablo isolated the issue quickly and was able to replace a single component of the system and give it years of extra life. Tav-Air is the best experience I've had with an A/C repair. Pablo answers all questions thoroughly. He has helped me out with A/C repair for a few years. Recently, he and his amazing team replaced the entire A/C unit in my home along with new ducting and a few new vents in hot areas of my house. He beat all other A/C services in price, quality, response, and completion time. If you need trustworthy A/C repair, I would recommend, Tav-Air.

Pablo is great guy. Quick response, great communication and exceptional service. He is been three times at my house for different issues and every time was able to get fit me in his schedule on same day and resolved issues.

Five strong stars for Pablo and Tav-Air Service. He came out on a holiday weekend when other places would not respond, his recommendations make total sense, he was totally fine if we wanted to shop around and use our "normal" company but ultimately based on his level of service, his patience, and his ability to get things done quickly and at a super competitive price lead us to replace one of our units. He managed to get in a new unit from Houston in a matter of a day, and by late the next morning the unit was fully installed and up and running. It is rare that I am wowed by great service these days, but Pablo managed to do just that. I hope we don't need him any time soon, but when (not if) we do I have full confidence in his abilities and I know I will not get price gouged or sold something I don't need. Much appreciated! Tav Air came recommended to us by a family member who uses them for their home and rental properties. We called Pablo on a Monday afternoon, he was able to come see us that day. He was very down to earth, asked our systems history and what we were looking for. He was thorough and gave us honest opinions in regard to our situation. We got a variety of quotes that evening. I appreciated that it wasn’t all about sales, but about helping us and not the upsale as the previous quotes from other companies had been. We let them know on Tuesday that we’d like to move forward and they were at our house on Wednesday for install. All the installation technicians were super polite, kept our home clean and I was surprised at how quickly they were done. Our AC is running great and despite having to “adult” and pay a large sum for this particular home maintenance, I’m super glad we chose Tav Air Service. And I’m happy to support a fellow Buda community members business.

Always fast and wonderful service from Tav-Air Services! We have used them numerous times over the years at different rental properties for small simple repairs, as well as full system replacements - we couldn't be happier with their service. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and most importantly HONEST. Tav-Air is the best!

This is one of the few honest HVAC places left in the Austin area. Pablo and his guys did a tremendous with a price that honestly could not be beat (and I called around to a number of different places to compare). They were extremely thorough and even went out of their way to try to fix an additional unit in my house. Highly recommend.
