We came home from vacation to a busted AC unit. In all fairness it's been dying since 2019. They came out super late & tried to help us patch our old beast back up one more time cause we just bought new windows. No such luck! However, they did get us set up with a new unit the next day. Not only that, but their bid was less than half of what another company quoted us. 🙏🙏🙏 It's way too hot in Texas to roll without an AC unit. Thankful for Blessed Electric and Air. We are going to be repair poor for a hot minute between the windows & AC.. but thankfully we won't be hot. 😆😆😆

My Warranty company recommended Blessed Electrical and Air. Rachael called me in less than an hour. She set us up for a Monday appt, because Saturday was booked. She then went, on her own, and squeezed us in on Saturday. Wow! Jeff came in and did a thorough check, explained the problems. I am older and tend to ask a lot of questions to make sure I understand the situation. He was patient, kind and explained things well. These people have wonderful customer service, which is rare these days.
I cautioned everyone to NOT use Next Gen Air.
I was without air on my 2nd unit for 3 months.
It cost me a bundle, and I ended up hiring someone on my own to replace the complete system, including the new compressor that Next Gen had installed. Made me doubly happy with Blessed Electrical and Air. -

Jacob and team where absolutely amazing. I had a generator plug install. They took their time and it looks really good, they even cleaned up my breaker box as well. They gave good directions on how to use the new plug. I'm excited!
