All reviews for K & L Construction Solutions

K&L was awesome from beginning to end. We used Kurt and his team to add an RV pad with full “hookups” on our property. From the estimate, when I had questions or concerns, he would have the individual, in my case the electrician reach out directly and answer. My project was done quickly and coordinated perfectly, even with some supplier delays everything still stayed on track while progress was made. Kurt is the most responsive general contractor I have ever used, he always picks up the phone and answered my texts within minutes and was also on-site at all major milestones to ensure the job was getting completed as promised. Pricing was great considering all the plumbing, electrical, grading, backfilling and concrete we needed to complete this. I will be reaching out to K&L in the future on any projects where I need a General contractor.

Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They came to me, highly recommended and they did not disappoint. I'm very pleased with their work.

We had a room enclosed and the entire process was quick and simple. Work quality was great and the communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Very reliable company to use! Great customer service and friendly. They do amazing work and I would highly recommend them to anybody needing a new roof!!

Professional and very efficient. High quality work and exceptional customer service.

Kurt and his team provide excellent workmanship and professionalism. They find a way to fit your needs no matter what they are. The timeliness and quality of the finished product is worth it! Highly recommend!!

I needed some carpentry work done on my patio, along with some roof vents installed. The patio was fixed up quick and easy. Also while they were up on the roof they noticed some hail damage which lead me down the path of a roof replacement. The whole experience was very easy and professional. I will definitely be reaching out in the future for anything I might need.

We HIGHLY recommend K & L! They remodeled our primary bathroom and did such an incredible job. There was excellent communication throughout the process and they completed on time and on budget! They were impressive to work with!

I can't speak highly enough about how amazing and easy to work with K & L Construction was. They helped us throughout the whole process, answered all of our questions. They genuinely cared about our remodel and the craftsmanship of the service they were providing. We will use K & L for all of our future products.

Great experience with K&L. Kurt and Lisa are very hands on and provided great communication. They did all of the work making sure my insurance paid the full value of the claim and made sure that my home was fully restored. Amazing people.

Kurt and K&L Construction Solutions were referred to me by a “friend of a friend” for a kitchen remodel. After meeting with Kurt and listening to how he planned on moving the project forward we were impressed. I even cancelled the other two appointments I had for bids. His team completed the work in our kitchen with minimal down time adhering to the schedule set. While we did have some trouble getting the special fixtures my wife wanted (not his fault) but they were able to move other parts of the job around so we could still get the work completed on time. Everything looks terrific! They took a tired old kitchen and turned it into an extremely functional and beautiful part of our home where everyone loves to gather!

I used K&L Construction Solutions to do a remodel of both bathrooms in an investment property. They worked with me step by step from demo to completion communicating progress throughout the project. I got exactly what I had hoped for with quality materials and excellent workmanship and customer service. I will definitely use them again for all my remodel projects.

I needed help finishing out my flooring renovation. KL finished in 6 hours at a terrific price. Well done.

K&L Construction Solutions did a great job on my roof 7 years ago after an ice storm, that I called them after the ice storm this year. Once again they did a great job, on time, professional and very informative. Thank you very much!

I have dreaded replacing our roof since the day we bought our home 12 years ago. I really shouldn’t have because Kurt made the entire process ridiculously easy. He handled everything from the insurance company, paperwork, design color help, another contractor to do gutters while we were also doing the roof, etc. The crew was prompt, cleaned up daily, and worked hard; they were done in 2 days and our project was for 3 structures. I also think it’s important to note that our INSURANCE adjuster (Allstate) made a point to compliment Kurt and the ease of working with him. I cannot recommend K&L enough, a class act!

Recently had hail damage to our home and K & L came to the rescue.

The owners are quick to respond, determined to see that the job is done with expertise and speed. Our concerns were their concerns and Having pets we were worried about any lingering roofing nails or materials but to our delight, when this company finished the job you couldn’t tell anyone had been working around our home.
Our experience was excellent and we couldn’t have asked for a better job.

Highly recommend K & L, you won’t be disappointed! Excellence on every level.

After all the damage from the hailstorm, Kurt and Lisa made everything as easy as possible! They dealt directly with the insurance company and worked tirelessly to make sure all damages were appropriately covered. The team did an outstanding job replacing the roof, broken windows, gutters, screens, and the fence. Their courteous, professional service is second to none. Thank you, K&L for making a difficult situation as painless as possible!

I would highly recommend K&L Construction Solutions. They did a wonderful job taking care of all the damage we received during a windstorm where a large limb fell on our roof. I love the the way Kurt dealt with the insurance company for me since I wouldn't have had a clue as what to do. Everyone we dealt with were thorough and professional, doing a great job.

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the outstanding work K&L construction did for us. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to excellence were evident throughout the entire process.

The quality of the final outcome exceeded expectations, and their ability to meet deadlines while maintaining such high standards is truly commendable.

Thank you for your hard work and dedication!

We recently had hail damage and needed a new roof and gutters. We saw K&L Construction Solutions putting on another roof in our neighborhood and contacted them since our neighbors liked and recommended them. We were very pleased with the whole process from beginning to end. Their crew was professional and thorough and we loved the finished product. It was very windy the day they started and was impressed that several times during the day I saw someone cleaning up all the debris that was blowing everywhere. Even cleaned out our pool. They worked until dark to finish the job. What impressed me even more... since it was dark when they left they sent out a guy the next day to go over flowerbeds and yard again looking for nails and debris. I was very thankful since we have a dog that could easily be injured if she stepped on nails. Thanks K&L Construction Solutions for going the extra mile!! We will definitely contact them when we're ready to start our next project.

Kurt and his team are terrific. They handled all the insurance paperwork and met with the necessary adjusters to ensure I got a new roof. They worked with me closely and the job was done in a timely manner and followed my schedule, not theirs.
After that excellent experience we used Kurt and his team again for a large kitchen remodel including new cabinets, counters, and floor. Once again they came through perfectly and completed the job on time and within our budget. The workmanship and communication were first class!!
Do yourself a favor when you have any home remodel project or need a new roof. Go with K&L Construction Solutions. You’ll be glad you did!!
