K&L was awesome from beginning to end. We used Kurt and his team to add an RV pad with full “hookups” on our property. From the estimate, when I had questions or concerns, he would have the individual, in my case the electrician reach out directly and answer. My project was done quickly and coordinated perfectly, even with some supplier delays everything still stayed on track while progress was made. Kurt is the most responsive general contractor I have ever used, he always picks up the phone and answered my texts within minutes and was also on-site at all major milestones to ensure the job was getting completed as promised. Pricing was great considering all the plumbing, electrical, grading, backfilling and concrete we needed to complete this. I will be reaching out to K&L in the future on any projects where I need a General contractor.
