I have used this service for >5 years (since moving back to the DFW area). The ladies exceed my expectations with every visit. It is so nice to have the same team every time. Before finding this service, I was struggling with services that would promise you things and not follow through. Not so with MaidPro. Perla and Nayeli were amazing. They cleaned our house from top to bottom and left it spotless. They were efficient and thorough and very professional. Our house has never looked better. We've used a lot of cleaning services in the past, and MaidPro is one of the best. Would recommend to anyone.

I cannot recommend this service enough-truly. Nayely and Rocio did a fantastic job. I would personally ask for them by name! 100% worth the cost-you'll be happy you contacted them. If/when I move again, they'll be the first people I call. You won't regret it!

I have used MadPro for several years for cleaning our home. They always do a great job, and I love coming home to a clean house at the end of the day. They have always been accommodating if we have a change in our schedule and always very courteous and helpful.

This was my first experience with Maidpro. We had a one time deep clean. Yeni and Rocio were wonderful. They literally cleaned from ceiling to floor, including fans and vents. Little things like cleaning the top of the light fixtures in the bathrooms impressed me. They make a great team!

I have used so many different agencies and individuals to clean my home for the last 30 years, but I have never ever had anybody do it as well as Maid Pro and the ladies that come. It’s the same ladies they know my home, they know what I like. They are so sweet and respectful as is the company. Maid Pro actually cares about the customer.

On Tuesday 3/19/2019 Webb Landscape Management accidentally mowed 1/2 my yard by mistake. While mowing my yard they were informed by my neighbor who actually hired Webbs that they should be mowing his yard instead of mine. The mowing crew then immediately stopped mowing my yard leaving it 1/2 way uncompleted and moved on to the correct yard. At no point did any representative from Webbs management contact me in any way to apologize or to even inform me that they made a mistake by mowing my yard. When I finally tracked them down and talked with Webb's Management, I was told that my house looks like the neighbors house and I got a great deal. I guess meaning that only mowing half my yard without my permission and never cleaning it up is a great deal. Eventually Webbs Management reluctantly offered to return to to finish mowing my yard for free. Understanding that accidents happen, I offered and was willing to pay full price by leaving cash for the service I didn't ask for. Webbs management agreed and asked if they could return on 3/21/2019 to complete the job they started. As of 3/22/2019 no one has returned and or contacted me in any way to complete this mess I have been left with. Seriously poor management and lack of care on Webbs Landscape Management!
