I had gotten oil-based black oil field gunk and drilling mud on my new off-white, baby blue, mint green and light turquoise rug and Erik was able to get it out with no problems. He was communicative and able to come on short notice and his price was very reasonable for the excellent service he provided. He is obviously very knowledgeable and treats the rug/carpet based on the problem, not one-size-fits-all. I called several rug/carpet cleaners and he was the most inquisitive about the problem and determining the solution. I DEFINITELY recommend his services and will use him exclusively again. They first walked through and looked at each room.When I did our research and contacted them, they quickly returned contact. They were very accomodating to our schedule. Our carpet looks great. We were preparing our house to place on the market so we wanted flooring to look it's best. Blue Ribbon arrived on time and were able to remove 2 pet stains that previous carpet cleaning companies had not been able to get out. After cleaning, carpet looked great & smelled fresh. He was there when he said he would be, and did a beautiful job deep cleaning our carpets. We have never seen them look this good since the day we moved in 15 years ago.
