I like the job. James did a good job. The one I am not comfortable continuing the service is the sales tax. I thought you only charge sales tax on commodities and not service. I could be wrong.

I had a fantastic experience with this team for my holiday lighting! They were professional and prompt, coming out right before Christmas to set everything up and returning shortly after New Year's to take them down. It made the season so much easier. I am so impressed with the service I received today! As a busy stay-at-home mom and renter, I wasn’t expecting much—just a basic cut. But James with Chapman Curb Appeal went above and beyond. He came out same day (within just a few hours!), was super professional, easy to communicate with, and incredibly respectful.

We worked out a quick solution to fit my budget — which was totally fine by me and helped keep costs down. (I wasn’t expecting the works) 😉It was so helpful to have someone who was willing to work with me!

Our yard is far from perfect — we’ve got a mix of crabgrass, dandelions, and all kinds of things going on — but for a good quick mow and cleanup, he did great! The before and after was impressive, and it really made the yard look so much better.

And he did it all on a hot, humid Texas afternoon. I was able to pay through Zelle, which made things super easy (because let’s be real, who carries cash anymore?).

It also gave my husband a break (he works a ton) and let me stay inside with our toddler instead of juggling yard work. So grateful he showed up today — he really saved me. If we weren’t moving, I’d definitely have him come on a regular basis.
