They plumb all of our custom homes and do a fantastic job on each and every one!

I could not get them to finish the work they started and ended up hiring another plumber to finish. I always paid their bills timely and did not leave anything unpaid. I would NOT recommend using this company.

We had a very recent unprofessional experience where we had some issue in the water heater and it got replaced by them. Guess what a new water heater is not working. We called them to get it checked again. They declined the request and not ready to visit home and check what is the issue. Only response they say is its new heater if there is any issue then we don't care.
Later when we reached out to some other plumber we came to know that upper heating element was burnt. We verified from the manual also where it says its a common issue when people don't fill it complete it will burn the upper element (dry fired) if we turn on the electricity. When we are letting them know about it. They try to argue that water was filled already. But, we know that in the tap water was not coming when they left there was lot of air at that point.
I am not sure how these kind of people call them certified plumbers. A person not knowing anything will also read the basic manual and do the task to avoid these issues. But, guess what they don't have any idea on this.

I called and set up an appointment to get my water heater replaced and I spoke to Holly she was absolutely wonderful, the next day they came to install my water heater and they were so professional and so polite they explained everything and completed the job and left everything nice n clean. I was so satisfied with this company and I definitely would recommend it to everyone. 👍🏻🙏🏻

They installed the toilet on my new house and year later the toilet is leaking , we have 2 years warranty from Bloomfield home but they tried to void warranty My other houses over 10 years never been leaking like that , stay away from this company they will not honor the warranty

In an era where many companies fail to honor their commitments, Premier Plumbers not only kept their word but also exceeded my highest expectations. I needed a repair on my main line, and they committed to fixing it first thing Monday morning. Despite the Thunderstorms that delayed the work, they promised to come on Tuesday. To my surprise, they reached out early Tuesday to confirm my availability and promptly arrived to perform an outstanding repair job. Their professionalism and reliability are truly commendable.
