As elderly owners of a home that's even older than we are (built in 1906), we have had our share of unreliable contractors. However, in this case, nothing could have been further from the truth. Ashley and Steve were kind enough to spend several hours (arriving well after 5 pm) replacing our hot water heater. We were advised before, during and after of each step in the process with easy to understand descriptions of what needed to be done as well as the cost. We couldn't recommend Acute Plumbing any stronger. Highly honest, friendly, christian and dependable people!

I called them at 5:40pm with a leak, less than 1 hour later he was on site. It took a minute to find the leak but he was very patient and didn’t leave until all was fixed! It was pretty late and that didn’t bother him at all. He was very nice and professional. I definitely recommend Acute Plumbing! I was so pleased. The owner is great!

Any problem I have had with my plumbing I have always relied on Acute plumbing!!! Leaks/ Clogs / water heater repair, they have fixed it all!! Great pricing and amazing customer service!!! We've used Acute for several years now. They do great work! The first time was for a dishwasher that was flooding two sinks when it emptied. Most recently, they fixed a French drain that had gotten buried, and our living room no longer floods when it rains. Thank you!

I had a leak at my house. I called Steve & set up an appointment for the next day. Jack & Steve were at my house in a timely manner & found the leak. What I liked best was they took pictures to show me what had happened & what needed to be done. They took the time to explain everything. Thank you Acute Plumbing. This company was awesome. They were here at my shop within an hour, found out my a/c drain was clogged not a busted water line. Repaired it for me and charged a very fair price. I will be using Acute for all my future plumbing needs.

We used Stephen to install a whole house water filter system and he was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helped us take care of issues that would have been a problem. Once again, Acute Plumbing Care came to my rescue. I had a serious water leak and called them and they were here within an hour and did a great job fixing the problem.
