Gary showed up a few minutes early, got to work right away and answered all of my questions while we looked at the 2 units. Gary explained to me what their service consists of on a yearly plan. We're looking forward to doing business with Thomas Heating and Air in the future. I highly recommend Thomas Heating and Air.

After 3 days of waiting for my home warranty to call someone I gave up and called Thomas Air, they came same day, and fixed everything! Gary was great! He was professional, and worked quickly! I will be calling them again for future issues!

Gary came out and was amazing! He found the problem quick and explained exactly what was wrong and fixed our heater in less than 20 mins. This company has my highest recommendations!!!!! Wonderful customer service!!!!

AC was not cooling, I noticed the pipe going to the Condenser outside was frozen. Mr. Thomas came out and check the system. Did a great job and the cost was reasonable. Excellent service. Will call again and recommend to anyone.
Update: there were other issues with my system, they came back out and took care of it right away. Love these guy, great organization!!!

I've never posted about a company before, but I've been so pleased with the service received from this GREAT "hometown business" that I wanted to tell othes. We needed to replace our old Heat/Air Conditioner. Luckily, several good friends of ours recommended Thomas Heat/Air here in Canton. We contacted them and are glad we did. We got a fair price and prompt service.

I can't give Thomas Heating and Air Conditioning enough praise for the work they did on my a/c recently. The owner Gerry is very personable, and extremely knowledgeable. He took a lot of time to explain everything to me as I had a lot of questions.

My AC started blowing warm air (bad thing in summer in Texas) so i put in a service request through Old Republic home warranty and was assigned Thomas Heating and Air. Got a call a couple hours after putting in request for them to set me up the next day with an appointment. Gary came out, diagnosed the issue within a few minutes and had my AC blowing cold air within 30 minutes of his arrival. Very professional and genuinely a great service tech! Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing service!

Had them diagnose a problem with three year old ac unit for my home warranty claim. Because there was a manf warranty, the home warranty will not cover the fix. So I needed Thomas to submit to Goodman for manf warranty. They refused because the are a carrier dealer. Now I have to pay another technician to come out and diagnose and submit manf warranty. So frustrating. We did not need a goodman dealer to submit warranty claim, we needed you to submit the claim. We paid you $100 to come out. You told me you wouldn't submit claim to goodman because they still owe you for past claims. Therefore you shouldn't have taken my money to work on a goodman. Finish the job next time.

We have had nothing but excellent service with Thomas Heating and Air. Each time we have needed help they were at the house very quick and had us up and going in no time. Gerry is very knowledgeable and always looks to help not just sell you a new AC unit. Of course when the time came he got the new unit installed quickly. It’s hard to find contractors that are trustworthy. Will always call THA for all our ac needs.

Thermostat went out on Saturday night. Contacted them on Saturday night. They were at the house 1st thing Monday. Diagnosed the motor went out. Then drove to Mesquite to pick up new motor, installed and cooling by 1:00 Tuesday.

Lyle and Mike came to my house to repair what I thought was a gas leak in my furnace which is in the attic. They found nothing wrong with the furnace, but located a leak in the main gas line some distance away. I don't want to think of what could have happened if they didn't have such good hearing.

Kelby listened to my explanation of the issues with my AC unit, and fixed the issue in less than 15 mins. Very professional and was open to answer the thousands of questions I hit him with in regards to maintaining my AC units. Outstanding service and highly recommended! If I could I would rate 10 stars, but there is only room for 5!

I contracted with Captain to install a mini-split system in my garage. They arrived with what seamed to be the army ,marines, navy and Air Force. They did not waste any time going to work. I was very impressed with their ability to do the work and their knowledge. Each technician had their assigned jobs and did them well. We saved about $1200 from other proposals and that included having the electrical work done.They left the job site cleaner than it was before they arrived.
I would recommend them to handle any of your HVAC needs.
