We had our initial meeting to go over what we wanted in a pool and landscaping and the meeting was great! Told us we would get our quote back in about a week and a half. That was at the end of August. That time came and went and never heard back from the guy we originally spoke to. We kept reaching out and reaching out and no one ever returned calls or texts. Then the guy we met with called and apologized for how busy he’s been and we scheduled a time for him to come out and go over our quote with us...he never shows. And then never calls or texts us back. Finally connected again and says that he will email us our quote. Well. It’s almost the end of September and we never received anything and I’ve been reaching out continuously. Their customer service has been AWFUL.
