Pulled the business from Tesla's authorized installers to get a NEMA 14-50 plug installed. Spoke to Robert, was straight forward and had someone over the next day. Got a text to get notified that an employee was coming over, nice touch! Mark showed up, very professional, assessed the electrical box and interior space for plug, provided recommendations. Surpassed my expectations, the plug was cleanly installed, flushed into the wall and the pipework outside was beautiful, really clean job. These guys are pros, no BSing, loved that, highly recommend!!! Now I'm ready to charge my EV6 at home!!

Service people not to honest with price quotes, or answers to work to be done, get a quote, before work is done want to jack up price quotes.

Robert Soto and his team have been over to my home twice in the last month working on my new homes electrical systems. I purchased a home built in 1974 in January, which had a significant number of electrical items noted for repair by the home inspector. His team completed the punch list in two days, and the final bill for all the work came in lower then Robert's original estimate!!! The other thing that impressed me with Robert, was that I send the home inspectors report to five other electrical contractors, but Robert insisted that he needed to actually see the punch list up close and personal to provide a bid on all the work. He spent 1 1/2 hours evaluating every item on the punch list, and that is why he could provide me with an accurate estimate and final bill of sale. There were no surprises, and the work was completed on time! The team of three electricians worked together and really like working with each other as well. The installation of the electrical receptacles and switch on our pergola was outstanding. The Electricians were exceptional in their work and you could see the pride in their work. What impressed me most is the housekeeping after the job.

Took my mower for a belt replacement. I was advised it would take 5-7 days. After 7 days, my voicemail and numerous phone calls were unanswered. Numerous visits found the business closed with other upset customers on site. Finally, after 3 weeks I received my mower but the belt was never replaced. I would not recommend this business.

Robert and his technicians have provided outstanding electrical work to our household several times now. From larger projects such as installing a new drop poll, upgrading the amperage service of our main breaker, wiring new circuits, to smaller ones such as installing bathroom fans and light fixtures, creating new power outlets, converting to GFCIs, weatherproofing, etc. He also did outstanding work on a large project with a HVAC contractor I hired separately.

For some reason, it is really difficult to find a contractor in El Paso who meets all of the following criteria: skilled, reliable, honest, thorough, responsive, professional. Robert is ALL of those, and has always delivered as promised. He also has a very professional presence; he and his guys are always uniformed, he always issues an invoice, he is licensed/bonded/insured, and there is very clearly a business being run, which is very reassuring. Once or twice I had a very minor concern and he addressed it immediately to my satisfaction.

I trust them to let themselves into my home, even if I'm not there. We are so pleased and relieved to have found our electrician of choice in our home town.

These guys were great! Quick to respond to me via Yelp. I had an estimate within a few days and the electrical work was completed in a timely manner. Many of the electricians I contacted did not respond to my inquiries for an estimate or wouldn't come to my house during the COVID-19 crisis! Power Solutions Electric took all COVID-19 safety precautions wearing face masks etc., when visiting my residency. I recommend them for all your electrical needs; quick, safe and professional! Their work was greatly appreciated!

Ceiling fan replacement. Received a quote same day I submitted the request, scheduled service for the next day. Electrician arrived on time and finished the work quickly. If we need electrical service again, we will use Power Solutions without shopping around.

I took my echo srm225 for a tuneup . He couldn't get it tells me it's a compression issue with no spark . They didn't fix it or do anything except give excuses. And still charged $20

We requested an upgrade to an electrical box on our back porch to safely support a ceiling fan that we had purchased.
