These people are unprofessional. They showed up late and left early. They took longer then necessary. It seems to be a pattern, but they don't even seem to finish their job. They never even checked to see if they had installed everything correctly. Had to hire a separate contractor to make sure it was done correctly. Total waste of money. Would never recommend them to anyone.

If I can give it 0 stars, I would. I would not recommend this company. But like the saying goes, "You pay for what u get", no wonder there pricing is low. It took them 2 weeks to finish the job, but right away when I give them the check, they cashed out that same day. Today, we tried turning on the heater and comes to show that they didnt finish the job. They didnt install gas into the unit.

Cruz's Heating and Cooling did a wonderful job. All my concerns and questions were answered. The installed a hvac system at my elderly mother's home and took her comfort into consideration while there. I will surely recommend them for ther expertise, workmanship and fair price. Excellent service! After having two different companies (both of them recommended by my home owners insurance) coming to my house, and not able to find the problem, Cruz's Heating & Cooling found the problem right away! Everything was great starting from the first call, following by the great attitude from the two technicians that came to fix my furnace. Keep the great job!

Joe and his guys had been servicing our house for the past 10+ years. Always helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. Never tired to force us into a new instal, but was there for us when we were ready. Did an amazing job.

Ac went out and within 2 hours they were here. After 40 mins all was fixed. Fast, professional and reasonably priced. Will be using in the future!

These guys are awesome. Arrived to my house in less than an hour of call. I had issues with my unit on a Sunday, called another repair company. They quoted me 1400+. These guys came and trouble shooted my hvac system and actually found the issue and the repairs were less than 400. My A/C is working like new. They cleaned and maintenance my hvac unit as well. Glad I called them and highly recommend

I called the owner Joe and asked if someone could come out to take a look at our airconditioner that had stopped working in the middle of summer. Within 2 hours Armando knocked at my door. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He fixed our air, vacuumed everything out and the price was fabulously low! We are lifetime customers now and HIGHLY recommend them. You wont be sorry!

We had several estimates to replace our air conditioner and heater. After speaking with Mr. Cruz various times, he thoroughly explained and answered all our concerns; therefore, we agreed on him to install the equipment. Jose and his crew are AMAZING! I no longer live in El Paso, but when my parents heater broke and they could not find any help to get it fixed, I found Cruz's Heating and Cooling and will be a customer for as long as my parents need service. I called Mr. Cruz in the morning on a Thursday and by Thursday afternoon the heater was fixed. This type of service is hard to find and I am incredibly thankful considering that my parents are elderly and sickly. My dad had just gotten released from the hospital and he said once the heater was fixed, his health improved greatly. I am so thankful to Mr. Cruz and his crew. Thank you for keeping my parents warm especially with these continuing cold fronts.

This is the best HVAC service I have ever had! They were responsive and quick to fix the issue. I called SoBellas prior to them coming and that was a huge mistake. Sobellas guys are sales people posing as HVAC technicians! They wanted to replace the whole unit and Cruz’s was fair price under $300. They earned my business. $85 is what they charge for service calls. Highly recommend!

My husband and I needed to replace our heater. We got estimates that where half of what we paid for our house. One heating and cooling company (SC) told us it would be 20,000 for the units and 5,000 to 10,000 for the electrical plus labor and taxes. Also they never contacted us again (from the first visit). Cruz heating and cooling came in and did the job for 15,000. Also they have the nicest, professional staff we have ever met. I wanted to give a special shout out to Luis and Gio. They did an excellent job. I would diffently go with CRUZS HEATING AND COOLING. Thanks guys. So if u want to be happy give them a call. You won't be disappointed.
