The staff are all friendly and helpful - sales, technicians, and admin. My last technician was Gio & he is very kind. I appreciate that he is patient and listens to concerns and does a thorough job.

Highly recommend BugOut! Their service is extremely detailed and vigorous. Their technician Rudy was very professional and courteous. He took time to listen to the issues we were having and made it a point to review all the work he had done to make sure nothing was missed. Highly recommend BigOut and Rudy!!!

It was a great experience. Chris the gentleman that came out to spray my home was very nice. He went above and beyond. He texted me before arriving and he texted me upon arriving. I definitely recommend this company for pest control.

Chris from bug out did an excellent job of explaining the work and ensuring I understood the process. The attention to detail and consistency is something I look for in customer service, which was clearly manifested during the service and treatment. Although I’m providing a 5 star review based on the excellent services I received, I will be monitoring for consistency and continued excellence in customer services. In essence, you’ll have to work hard and be consistent to keep an A and these 5 stars. Manny was here to take care of our facility and he was so kind and was very quick with his services. He was smiling the whole time and made sure to take care of everything we needed. +++++5 stars!!!

I called to cancel my service three times, confirming termination each time. Despite multiple calls, they continue to send me invoices for service.
Their administrative system is broken, or they are intentionally making it difficult to cancel to keep billing you. Do not expect an easy exit from this company. Zero professionalism.

They did a great job, shared any concerns, and addressed issues they came across. It's a lot more expensive than what I am used to coming from Florida, but you can't put a dollar amount on peace on your back porch looking at the mountains.
