Tree reviews in Canutillo, Texas

We have (had) 5 wildly out of control giant mesquite trees. An "expert" told me they were all in trouble and could not be fixed. I found El Paso Arborists and Jacob came out to do an assessment. He took the time to carefully assess each tree and explain what he could do. One of our smaller trees, a red maple, had been planted too deep and it was affecting its growth. ***He actually pulled out a shovel and dug in to get a better take on what was going on.***
First of all, he reassured me the trees were overgrown but not dying. He described the work to be done, quoted me a fair price, and scheduled the job.
Jacob, his crew, and an impressive caravan of equipment showed up and took care of business. They did an excellent job. Our trees look great. They also did a good job cleaning up after.
This is difficult and dangerous work, not just anyone can do it correctly. El Paso Arborists provided us with quality workmanship at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend El Paso Arborists enough. They removed four trees at our property and planted a shrub, and everything was handled seamlessly. It’s refreshing to work with a company that’s so well organized and reliable. Jacob is a true professional. They’re knowledgeable, fairly priced, and truly stand behind the quality of their work. Don’t hesitate to give them a call.

Finding an arborist it's difficult and finding one that is dependable and reasonable even more difficult. LOOK NO FURTHER, El Paso Arborist is both dependable and reasonable. They promoted responded to my inquiry about a quote. I knew the job was difficult. They came to assess the job, provided a reasonable a quote and we agreed on a date. They cautioned me that the job might be too difficult because of the power lines. The day of the job they were prompt and ready. They tackled the difficult job with such ease. When done, they cleaned up everything. So professional!!! I highly recommend them!!

Jacob and coworkers were very knowledgeable, on time and thorough. I couldn’t believe how fast they can take a tree down! They also did an excellent job of trimming some of our large trees. I will definitely use them again!!

Jacob and his crew are top notch. Their equipment is professional and their knowledge is well rounded! I am very pleased with their work and I highly recommend them.

Jacob and his crew are awesome at what they do. SAFETY FIRST! Needed a tall pine tree removed because it was causing problems with nearby rock walls and neighbor. What was originally estimated to be a 5-hour project took only 3 hours, including cleanup. Jacob is so personable and knows his trees. I will definitely save this number and recommend El Paso Arborists to everyone that ever needs this type of service.

EP Arborists were contacted to remove 2 trees to a stump and remove 1 tree and grind the stump. Made the appointment with the owner Jacob. Him and his guys were right on time and got to work. The job they did was efficient and clean. I was worried about things around the trees being damage but they protected sprinklers, small walls, and the grass. They cleaned everything on the way out. In essence they were great! Could not have ask for anything more.

I highly recommend the El Paso Arborists without reservation. They did great job pruning my 20+ year-old trees (Ashford Ash and Bradford Pear). Their final shape is beautiful. The lead arborist, Danny, asked what concerns and expectations were, before beginning the job. He explained the best approach to prune the trees to ensure they remain healthy. After the job was complete, he took the time to answer any questions that I had and even offered tips on watering them that I will use from now on. The crew wore and used the proper safety gear (one of trees is taller than my roof) and efficiently cleaned up the debris, not a single twig was left behind. They arrived at the scheduled time. The price was reasonable considering the amount of work and expertise required. Needless to say, their expertise and follow-through are exceptional, I look forward to working with them again.

These guys are magnificent. They did such a good job. They are experts and very professional. They were worth every penny. Very reasonable. Easy to contact, open communication, on time, very careful with the neighbors property. And complete clean up afterwards. I highly recommend there services. Thanks guys. You Rock!

I called El Paso Arborists about grinding away a tree stump and spoke to Jacob(owner). I explained my urgency about getting this done because I had some scheduled fence installation that would interfere with the stump. Jacob was very professional in taking my information and addressing my concern. He scheduled me for early morning and showed up right on time. Jacob and crew showed up in nice trucks with top notch equipment. His crew, got the job done promptly, efficiently and very professionally, from grinding the stump , to cleaning up afterwards. Jacob even took the time to message back for customer satisfaction. I had a very good and pleasant experience at a fair price with El Paso Arborists! Strongly recommend this company.
Thank you Jacob and Gabriel!

We called upon El Paso Arborists to give all of our trees some much-needed care. We have an afghan pine, some mulberry, and pecan trees that hadn’t been pruned in some time, if ever at all. Jacob and his team were phenomenal! They removed deadwood, took off some low-hanging branches that were a risk to eyesight, and also cut down an unalived tree. Then they dropped the chips for us which we’re using for mulch around the property. And the price was MORE than fair! This is the second time we’ve utilized their services. We will use them again and highly recommend you do too!

Excellent service. I highly recommend! They left my yard clean. Did a great job removing a huge tree. Reasonable price. Friendly and courteous workers. 💯 satisfied customer! Thank you.
