They do an amazing job. Called them to clean the house before a Christmas eve party. I had some stains I had tried everything on and could not get out. It took them about 10 minutes and th stains were gone. Idk how they do it, but I appreciated their help. Christmas eve party went off without a hitch.

It took a long time for the company to return a call to schedule the first appointment. Then on the first day of service, the company cancelled because they stated someone called in and there wasn't enough workers available. I had to cancel the next appointment due to an issue at work. An appointment system was used to verify the following appointment (a week later). My spouse took a half day off for the next appointment. The appointment was verified on a site that was sent in a text, but no one showed up and I wasn't contacted by anyone from the company. The lack of communication makes this a unprofessional and insensitive company.
