We've used Grizzle the last several years for repair and maintenance of our heating/cooling system. We have been very satisfied with the service and quick response time! We signed up for the maintenance program.

Grizzle is a top-notch service provider, who is unmatched within the Texas Panhandle community. Not only is their entire organization comprised of high-character individuals, but most importantly, Ian Ansett - was quick to not only triage our issue but even faster in getting a tech on site to then ensure the issue was resolved. August is Texas without A/C would have been unbearable without the help of Grizzle. We are certainly glad we did not Sizzle! We are HAPPY customers and I know who I will be calling next time for service.

Alex was great! He explained everything in detail about the problems I had with my AC unit! He was extremely polite and considerate! He even went and got two portable AC units for me to use until I could get a new unit installed!

Gerry Sanchez was great to do the maintenance on our HVAC unit! He is always very thorough and pleasant to have in our home.

The breadth of knowledge that this company has is pretty deep. Josh Boatman has been in the industry for many, many years and has both technical and project management experience in new systems and existing system repair. His knowledge of all system manufacturers is extensive. You would not be wrong to call him and the people at Grizzle to either supply your new unit or trouble shoot your current unit. He has personally worked on units in two homes I’ve lived in (Canyon and Amarillo) and I wouldn’t think of calling anyone else.
As they say, don’t sizzle, call Grizzle!

The technician, Kris arrived at my home on time and immediately began inspecting my thermostat and why it wasn’t communicating with my furnace. He also inspected my furnace in the attic. Discovered the wiring problem & adjusted the settings correctly & the furnace provided heat immediately. Job well done!!

Everyone from office staff (Corene and Audry) to the systemization experts (Ian and Josh) to the entire installation crew (Kris,Jayden, Alan and Ivin) were excellent! The prompt response and quick professional installation was so greatly appreciated. Would recommend Grizzle staff wholeheartedly.

After remodeling part of our house it seemed that the HAVC filter needed to be changed out too often due to dust build up. I contacted Grizzle Heating & Air for a clean out of all the air ducts and return air. My house has the return air under the concrete slab that runs the full length of my house. Grizzle sent out three technicians to perform the work. Alan, Jayden and Ivan were very professional and careful to not scratch my wooden floors. They had to remove each air register to run the vacuum line through the air ducts and they did an excellent job cleaning debris that came out of the ceiling registers during the process. They also cleaned each air register before putting it back on the ceiling. The equipment they used was sufficiently long to chase all of the air ducts back to the plenum on the HVAC system. Attached photo is the return air duct before cleaning. Looks like someone just sweep debris into the hole during the remodel.

Overall a great experience! Josh the HVAC technician came out to service our heating unit. He was very friendly and professional. He was able to trouble shoot the issue and had our system back up and running within an hour! We will be using Grizzle exclusively in the future.

Great job! Kris was on time, got to the bottom of our heating problem, fixed it and let us know how we could keep it working at max capability. The price was fair and we would definitely recommend them.

Gerry came out the same day I called for a diagnostic visit. He was thorough in explaining his findings and provided multiple solutions that may best fit our budget and needs. He made sure that all my questions were answered and made sure I was happy with the visit.

Jake was the technician the came out to clean my dryer vent and he was fast, friendly and knowledgeable! I definitely recommend using Grizzle and I'll be calling back if I have any other needs!

I’ve used Grizzle a couple of times in Canyon and Amarillo, and had great results both times. First I had them service all 4 of our air conditioners (from full house to small closet units). Their second visit was to clean out 30 years of grime in the ducts. Both times they came on time, the workers were professional and thorough, and their estimates were accurate. Highly Recommended.

Gerry was the technician that came and found out why primary line was blocked in my air conditioner unit. He kept me informed what needed to be done. He stayed at it until he made sure the was clear. Gerry helped me to understand the cause. Gerry loves his job and that makes a difference. I will spread the news about this technician when anyone needs air conditioner work. GRIZZLE has good employee to represent the company.

Called Grizzle a day before Christmas and they made time to come out and help us with an issue. Ian and Kris were very knowledgeable, fast, easy to work with and very thorough! If you have any heating or cooling issues we would recommend them all day!
