Overall a great experience! Josh the HVAC technician came out to service our heating unit. He was very friendly and professional. He was able to trouble shoot the issue and had our system back up and running within an hour! We will be using Grizzle exclusively in the future.

Great job! Kris was on time, got to the bottom of our heating problem, fixed it and let us know how we could keep it working at max capability. The price was fair and we would definitely recommend them.

Gerry came out the same day I called for a diagnostic visit. He was thorough in explaining his findings and provided multiple solutions that may best fit our budget and needs. He made sure that all my questions were answered and made sure I was happy with the visit.

Jake was the technician the came out to clean my dryer vent and he was fast, friendly and knowledgeable! I definitely recommend using Grizzle and I'll be calling back if I have any other needs!

I’ve used Grizzle a couple of times in Canyon and Amarillo, and had great results both times. First I had them service all 4 of our air conditioners (from full house to small closet units). Their second visit was to clean out 30 years of grime in the ducts. Both times they came on time, the workers were professional and thorough, and their estimates were accurate. Highly Recommended.

Gerry was the technician that came and found out why primary line was blocked in my air conditioner unit. He kept me informed what needed to be done. He stayed at it until he made sure the was clear. Gerry helped me to understand the cause. Gerry loves his job and that makes a difference. I will spread the news about this technician when anyone needs air conditioner work. GRIZZLE has good employee to represent the company.

Called Grizzle a day before Christmas and they made time to come out and help us with an issue. Ian and Kris were very knowledgeable, fast, easy to work with and very thorough! If you have any heating or cooling issues we would recommend them all day!

Called Grizzle at 8:30 am stating my issue. They had a team out to our home by 12:30 the same day. Repair was made in a timely fashion. Both repair men were very knowledgeable and polite.

Our heating unit suddenly stopped working on one of the coldest days of winter, and of course--on a Saturday. My husband called Grizzle Heating & Air and they were here almost immediately. A part had to be ordered, but first thing Monday morning (on a holiday) Jake was here replacing the part that stopped functioning. He shared with us their maintenance agreement opportunity, and we will now have their assistance twice a year to assure our unit is working properly for the upcoming season, PLUS a 15% discount on any parts needed. On top of that, he stayed and made sure everything was good-to-go until our first maintenance call occurs. Thanks to Jake for his quick, professional assistance and to Grizzle for providing service when we unexpectedly needed help, as well as setting up a future that will be much better protected from experiencing cold indoor temperatures!

Very courteous and professional. Jayden and Josh did an outstanding job repairing my furnace thermostat And ensured everything was done correctly! This has been my second time dealing with Grizzle, and I don't see me using any other company for my HVAC needs. Outstanding service!

Alan and his crew were great! They showed up when they said they were going to. Very organized and efficient and maintained a clean work environment and cleaned up thoroughly after they were finished. They were very knowledgeable and helpful during the setup process.

Jayden came out today and he was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend Grizzle if you are not a customer of theirs you need to be. They got us fixed up in a timely matter and he wasn't mad about coming out in such cold weather. He was total opposite, very willing to help and made sure we were good before he left. Thank you Jayden we appreciate your help.

Josh was most. polite and courteous. He explained everything that he was doing to my unit and answered all my questions. Very good service man and knowledgeable. He got my unit up and running in no time. He is a hard worker with integrity.

Really excited to take advantage of a lower electric bill, thanks to the hard work from Ivan, Alan and Jayden! Really nice young men that I felt I could trust to be in my home!! Called them at 5 pm today about condensation leaking through our ceiling. They came out around 8 pm the same day (night), and quickly fixed the problem. Very pleased with the quick service.

Was responsive at first and replaced our compressor which was under warranty, still charged a lot for the freon. Same day as replacement it stopped working, has ghosted me ever since.
