Best Appliance was quick to respond, and was able to get to our home same day to do diagnostic. Then were quick to get the part needed and return to repair. John was the technician, he was professional and easy to work with. We were highly impressed with the overall experience to repair our LG top load washing machine.

This was the best experience with an appliance repair company that I have ever had. They came on a Friday night at 9 pm on a holiday weekend. The tech John diagnosed the problem within minutes then provided a quote and timeline for the repair. The owner of the company was also texting me the whole time with pricing etc. I felt their prices were extremely fair. Try this company for ur next appliance repair ——-they r now my only go to repair company will call,

Awesome turnaround time for dispatch and diagnosis. I was able to do it same-day compared to weeks with other companies.

Friendliest employees! We had Tyler come out and inspect our gaskets, left me with an invoice and made it easy to get a time to come back and get everything out together! Installation was quick and everything has looked wonderful! So excited to get our company working with this team.

I had an extremely positive experience with Best Appliance & Repair. I called Saturday morning at 7:30 AM. Within minutes I had a same-day appointment scheduled. The communications throughout the whole process was excellent. I was informed who the technician would be, his approximate arrival time and the service call fee. John the technician was very knowledgeable, efficient and thoroughly explained my options. When needed again I will use this service provider.
