This service is inconsistent and unreliable. I scheduled a 2-hour job and estimate for a larger, multi-day project. The handyman did not come to my residence at the agreed time. No courtesy call to advise they were running late. No call from the main office. If they can’t be bothered to show up for a 2-hour appointment, there is no way I would entrust them with a multi-day project.

Friendly, professional, efficient, affordable & left the areas where the work was done cleaner than before he arrived. Could not ask for a smoother installation of the curtains that I purchased online. I would book him without hesitation if I needed something done around here in the future.

They came and fixed a minor plumbing issue quickly and with no problems.

I think your financial transactions were neither precise nor transparent. The email mentioned fees for completed work; you didn't mention that I will be charged for car mileage if you buy the equipment. I think that will be vital information to include.

Great quality and competitive price for a 1-day job with 2-man crew. Our project contact (Brandy) was super helpful and knowledgeable by getting us a quick and accurate job quote upfront for wood sanding, repaint and minor touchups on our front patio, entry door and kitchen countertops. Ace was able to come in way under the price of local competitors, who were asking close to $6-7k but also insisted on ripping out, reinstalling and refinishing countertops. Very pleased with Ace’s work and honest labor+materials quoting. It’s no wonder they’re among the best (Top-3 for sure) in Collin County! Asked him to do some home repairs for Easter weekend, everything appeared too difficult for him. Then said he would start immediately goes out to his truck and then called to give us an excuse about weather.

Some of the tasks were ,inside so not sure why he couldnt start with those. Then on Easter, days later enails me about having him do the work.
