Stephen is highly knowledgable and really takes time to explain stuff when we got questions. He has been looking after our HVAC system for a year and we are planning to switch to DIamond Blue Air for our rental property too. Really good service and very professional. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for HVAC maintenance and repair.

Our ac went out and Diamond Blue Air was able to come out the same day and repair it within a few hours. The technician was friendly and professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. I recommend this company 100%

I was very hesitant to call anyone to come look at my AC. I was prepared for a horrible experience. Much to my surprise, from the initial phone call until the end I had a great experience with excellent customer service. Darius was on time, professional and completed my repair quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use them again. They did not try to cheat me or anything, it was a great experience.

Great experience with Roy and his installation team who installed 2 brand new Lennox HVAC systems in my home. All three men were polite and expedient. They installed and got the main system up and running on day one, and the upstairs unit on day two. They took care of everything from start to finish. In addition both systems came with smart thermostats, in this case ECOBEE4, that have incredible features. I would highly recommend contacting Roy with Blue Diamond Air for any HVAC concerns including getting a new system.

Steven has been taking care of my system since you put it in. He is not only knowledgeable but professional ,kind ,thoughtful, and pleasure to have in my home . He should be given 100% i hate these surveys because they never show how good the employee is if the person they are helping doesny like the fee or is angry about something else ,, their job should not be based on some misserable persons bad out look on life

I had a water heater that gave out on me and I contacted diamond blue for repairs. They were already on a tight schedule and booked for the week but they made the time to squeeze me in. That says a lot about how much they care about their customers. They came in and assessed the damage then told me what needed to be done. Also advised me what my options were. Anyways it was a great experience and i would definitely use them again!

Roy and Darius did a great job diagnosing the problem, ordered the new part, and fixed it quickly. They were very knowledgeable, explained the situation very clearly, and were very friendly. They did an excellent job. Will definitely call them back.

Got an appointment quickly and tech arrived on time. He promptly inspected our system and made recommendations consistent with another technician we had look at the system. Wish I had called them first.

Stephen showed up promptly with great communication. Really took the time to connect with us as a customer, and listen to where our concerns were. Stephen took the time to inspect our entire A/C unit, took pictures of all areas afterwards and did all sealing and maintenance needed. Highly recommend using this company.

Excellent customer service from the first phone call from Chance, to the air duct cleaning from Darius and Simeon! They were helpful in explaining every detail and very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company for any services that they perform! They went above and beyond to make sure they did the job right! Would give them 10 stars for sure!

They came out super-fast and fixed our broken a/c ON A SUNDAY. Stephen was very professional and knowledgeable. We’ve had another service for 20 years but are switching to Diamond Blue Air.
