Unlike other companies Blue Diamond Air has not lost the true meaning of customer service. I like working with Stephen. He cares about making the customer happy. I thought good business ethics no longer existed. Diamond Blue Air proved me wrong.

Unlike other companies Blue Diamond Air has not lost the true meaning of customer service. I use them for my primary and rentals. I work with Stephen every time. Customer service is in his DNA and if you want to get down Into the coils this guy will give you page numbers or product numbers out of a manual without opening a book.

Absolutely recommend! Scheduling was a breeze and they were able to come out bright and early the day after I called to fix our furnace. Stephen was on time (even a few minutes early), very nice and respectful and always put shoe coverings back on when coming into the house. He explained everything simply to us and recommended a pest company for a few rodent issues he saw. The easiest process and so quick! Will absolutely be calling them again for future issues

The company was recommended to us by a family friend. Darius was extremely professional. He was knowledgeable of the service and products that they offered. He discussed different options and we felt very comfortable with what he shared. The customer service went above and beyond by ensuring that our system remained functional until replacing. My wife & I have been quite pleased with our interactions with Diamond Blue Air. Jerry Hicks, the owner, was congenial and helpful. Rick, the manager, promptly and courteously responded to our need for help with our central AC system. The technician, Darius, who arrived at our house soon after our call, was courteous, agreeable, and efficient. He was competent and effective at evaluating and remedying our problem. He repaired only what was necessary, and the cost to us was very reasonable. Diamond Blue has earned our confidence and trust.

Can't say enough good about Stephen and Diamond Blue Air. They have been on time, fair pricing and upfront on servicing our A/C and the maintenace contract.

Diamond Blue Air = Rock Solid quality service and nice folks! Stephen was polite, professional, self-aware, knowledgeable and efficient when diagnosing and replacing the fan motor for our outdoor condenser. I am a "service member" to what is possibly the largest HVAC / Plumbing / Electrical company in Dallas County and they are quickly pricing themselves out of my home (story continued on their site!). I have used Diamond Blue for several years for my A/C service and maintenance. They are quick to come to our house when we call. The service is always thorough and complete. I like the fact that the same service men are grouped by area so we always have familiar people. Great company!

I had a unique problem with one of my new units. After several visits, and contacting the manufacturer of the unit, Diamond Blue successfully traced down the issue, and repaired it, at no charge to me. They could easily have charged me labor for the trips they made, but they did not. In my opinion, this is tremendous customer service and sorely missed in our current environment.

My wife and I own several rental houses plus our home and Diamond Blue Air and Heating have installed several new systems and have been servicing our HVAC units for several years. The reason is simple. They provide exemplary service!

I feel working with Stephen he is very accessible, takes the time to explain the issues. I am very technical so I like to know all the operating parameters of my systems. He is patient with me and I learn a lot. Provides sage advice. Very responsive to calls, repairs, etc. Sometimes able to service same day a need arises. Very well mannered and respectful of people, dogs and property—my lab loves him. I feel I can trust him to do good work and is honest about what it takes. I do wish the prices were lower, but I get it is not easy to run a business with all the overhead, cost of equipment, tools, refrigerant, etc. However, I have not found their pricing to be much higher than other established companies. I do feel their subscription service for twice yearly maintenance service on my two units is a great value. Stephen goes through an extensive list of items to check which is time consuming but ensures AC is ready for texas heat. He has been a good advocate for me on warranty claims with Amana—new compressor and system board replacement. In one case where an Amana warranty replacement compressor was making a loud thump, he was able to install a MicroAir soft start and the thump went away. A much cheaper option then buying a new compressor.

Diamond Blue and their tech Stephen did a wonderful job assessing the condition of my Air Conditioner. It was for the benefit of the buyer of my home and were able to debunk all the accusations of the inspection that was done of my home. They were kind and considerate and professional.

We've used Diamond Blue every since we moved to Dallas. I originally found them when we were looking to replace both of our very old AC units. The replacement was smooth and every year when they come out to service them the employees are professional, timely, and really good at what they do. Customer service is alos very responsive and nice. Highly recommend.
