From the very first inspection, it was clear that their level of professionalism was exceptional. Lucas took the time to thoroughly inspect the entire system, not just the equipment itself, but also the airflow, return and supply ducts, and overall system design. He carefully measured and calculated what size system would actually work best for my home, instead of simply recommending a larger unit.
They designed a solution that was both appropriate for my home and affordable, and even re-designed the ductwork to improve airflow, efficiency, and comfort. Everything was clearly explained, which made the whole process feel very transparent and trustworthy.
On installation day, the crew was extremely careful and respectful of my home. All entrances, hallways, and stairs were fully covered with protective floor coverings, and they cleaned everything thoroughly before leaving. The house was left spotless.
The entire experience, from diagnosis to installation, was professional, detailed, and stress-free. I’m very happy with the results and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality HVAC work. -

I purchased this house in July of this year, and shortly after, my system started leaking refrigerant. I contacted several contractors for quotes and possible solutions. After doing my research, I decided to go with Greentech Engineering Heating & Air Conditioning.
I chose them for several reasons:
Transparent Pricing: Their pricing and proposed solution were very reasonable. There were no hidden charges and no hassles throughout the process.
Right Solution, No Upselling: The solution they provided met our exact needs without any unnecessary upselling. Thank you to Shen Chi and the team.
Excellent Communication: Their communication was much better than other local businesses, and they even offer weekend support.
Punctuality: They arrived on time for both the quotation day and the installation day, which I really appreciated.
Attention to Detail: Some contractors walked on my floors without shoe covers, but Shen always arrived prepared with shoe covers and was consistently polite and professional. During the HVAC installation, the team used mats to protect the floors.
Overall, I am very happy with their service. -
We have no feedback from the technician regarding the outcome of the inspection. We will like to have a report of the visit for our record.

Greentech installed two brand new Daikin systems for us (AC + Furnace) in August 2024. As of Jan, 2026, we had contacted GT a few times on various issues. The communication has always been smooth. GT's response was timely and professional. This review is for the most recent visit by GT technician Mr. Jennings on 1/27/26. Since Dec. 2025, I started to receive email from Google NEST reporting that the room temperature has been dropping even heating is "on". The flames would shut off after about 5-10 minutes with error code E33. I contacted GT about the issue on 1/24/26. Since it was in the middle of the winter snow period, GT could not immediately dispatch a technician due to road condition. On 1/27/26, Mr. Jennings was finally able to come even the road condition was still icy. After spending about 30 minutes, Mr. Jennings was able to amend the problem. According to him, he adjusted the fan speed so the system would not overheat and consequently shut off the flames. The service charge was $80, which by itself is reasonable thou this is my first time ever calling for a HVAC service. However, I would think such fan speed and pressure settings should have been done correctly during installation. I contacted GT and they agreed to refund the service charge. I would highly recommend GT. They offer very reasonable prices and backed up with great customer service.
One suggestion to the installer is the installer should sweep clean the metal shards left inside the unit as there are exposed electronics. If the shards got picked up my high pressure air flow, there could be risk of shorting. See pictures. -
I want to be very clear that the business side of things here seemed solid. Communication was great, and the gentlemen that came to the house to asses what needed fixed, and also conducted the maintenance was professional and very respectful. The only reason 3 starts was selected was because the problem was not fixed. We still have the primary bedroom in our home very very hot. The problem was not fixed unfortunately.

Ridicoulous service. They did an inspection in April and said they would need to order some parts. I followed up in May, and they replied saying the parts would arrive in the middle of that week. That was the last time I heard from them. They never replied to my messages since then.I tried for the last time in September and I finally gave up. By the way, they took my reusable filter when they did the inspection and haven't returned it yet.
Added 10/31: No idea who Erik is and what they are talking about. My issue was regarding air filter. Location Irving. -
Our upstairs a/c unit quit working in July. We contacted our landlord, and they called Greentech who claimed they fixed it despite the fact that the upstairs temp never got below 78. I contacted the landlord again. This time Greentech replaced our thermostat. Nothing changed…temps still in the 80s. We contacted landlord again, and they informed us that Greentech stated the unit was fine. They claimed our thermostat was in a poor location which is why upstairs was not cooling. We’ve been in this home for 6 years…our thermostat is in the same location…and our a/c has worked fine until this Summer. Greentech says everything is working fine and our landlord agrees. The picture on the left was taken at night in the last week of October. Does it look like everything is working fine? The other two are readings were this Summer just after Greentech left and reported to our landlord that the a/c was working.
