Insulation Contractor reviews in Carrollton, Texas

Guy and his team were awesome, cleaned up after the job was done. Very professional and knowledgeable. Added 18 inches of insulation, rodent proofing for a very reasonable price.

Guy and his team did a great job. I needed my attic insulation removed and replaced. Guy provided details about the process and pictures of the progress. Everyone was professional, courteous, and made sure to clean up after themselves.

From Erin in the office to Buck the sales rep, the 2 young men who came and processed the eradication and insulation installation, to Leo the PM who made an extra trip on New Years Eve to provide a resolution, I truly appreciate the professionalism, courtesy and care. I am glad I chose them.

The owner of this business came out and evaluated my goals for insulation. He recommended a solution that did not involve his company at all. He spent time explaining what could and should be expected from various approaches to my problem. He went way beyond what I expected in terms of service. He is very personable and I highly recommend him.

We call this company after we saw thet have a great reviews, Leo came and over about the process with us , everything was look good so we decided to go with company and we have one word to say - WOW! This company did a freat job for us, they took care about all the rodent issues we had, over with us about thecsteps and took a pictures of every step they did !, the crew came on time and was very polite, the job was very professional and we highly recommend this company, thank you for a great job!!!

Just wanted to share that the work the team did in our attic has been a complete game-changer. Our condo now stays at a comfortable 72 degrees or cooler at our discretion. The AC now cycles on and off, staying off most of the time. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Be careful, it’s very expensive and the work left much to be desired. Lots of places where the old insulation was not properly and thoroughly removed, not sure if sanitation was done completely, someone fell through my ceiling and that had to be repaired. Given the price that’s quoted for the work, the workmanship does not match the pricing. Work was supposed to be completed over 3 days but second and third day, not much was being done, one of our air ducts was crushed and empty cans of sealant were left back with all the other areas of old insulation. I guess we are some of the first folks to go up and check because they were supposed to do the new insulation too, it might not be caught. Really frustrating for the money we had to spend. Guy was respectful but that’s not enough, the work needs to meet expectations, especially for that high price.

Attic Construction is the company you would need to call when you need installation, sanitation in your attic. They are the best enen in this three digit heat. They clean up afterwards. I’m very satisfied with them getting rid of the rottens in my attic. They sealed holes and the whole nine. I recommend they to you if you like to work with trustworthy people. I can really tell after they finished, I had to turn my thermostat up, it got so cold in my house. It made a great difference.

Guy provided an assessment of the condition of my attic and the types of services he could offer. He was honest and made recommendations on different service options and their costs. Guy is a person of integrity who provides exceptional customer service, I highly recommend him and his company.

Buck and his team provided great service. We heard noises in the attic, but were unable to access and find source. The team efficiently removed the old insulation, located the squirrels nest, rodent proofed the attic, and installed new insulation all in a day and a half.

We called Attic Construction for an insulation bid. Our habit is to receive three bids before making a decision. However, Stephany Trinidad came with such a transparent and honest approach, we canceled our third bid and went with Attic Construction. She did not use scare tactics or embellish details to create a high quote but was truthful on her observations. The guys that came to do the install were on time, polite, protected our doors and walls from scuffs and cleaned up alter themselves. Within a week of calling, we have new insulation for our home. Even the owner called to check on things. Select Attic Construction for your insulation project for a prompt, fairly priced, and high quality install.

Guy and his team did a wonderful job in my attic! Not only did they do a thorough clean up, sanitization and installation for the insulation, but they also closed all entry points where critters were getting in! They sealed any space that was letting cool air out of the home and into the attic. I would recommend.

Let me start this by saying I don’t typically leave reviews, not even bad ones. I found this company through Google and set up the first consultation through the Phoenix office since the Dallas branch was so new.

We had the best experience with this company. Our attic needed a total restoration due to rodent damage. Guy came out and assessed the situation. He personally spent about 30 minutes in my attic looking at everything and making notes. He presented his findings with videos and pictures, and explained the entire process in great detail. Within a week his crew was at my house to perform the work. In all it took about three or four days to complete the attic clean out, HVAC duct work and sanitation. Let me tell you this is extremely hard work here in Texas, the weather can be quite hot and these guys are up there for long hours all day working hard with a great attitude and professionalism.

There were dings and scratches that understandably happened during the rehab of our attic with 5 grown men working up there. Guy immediately following completion of his work arranged for a professional drywall and painting contractor to follow his crew and flawlessly leave my home better than he found it.

Guy is working to build his branch of Attic Construction here in the DFW, he’s got a great team working with him. Both my wife and I have nothing but positive things to say about Attic Construction and guy, the owner. Impressive job. Truly a five-star experience.

These guys were great. They were fairly priced. They were efficient and punctual. They came out and gave a quote at no charge. They answered all questions and gave me quotes doing 2 different R-factors. They sealed all possible leaks around electric boxes, lights... any projections through ceiling to attic, and went on the roof the 'rodent proof' any vents or pipes. They put batts near the attic door so that loose material doesn't fall down when you open the door. Their equipment was relatively quiet, they were professional, and cleaned up completely before they left. I was very happy with the whole process.

The attic construction team out of Dallas did an outstanding job. The quote provided did not change. They inspected our attic to show us all of the problem areas. Everything they indicated they would do, they did. The crew that came in were very conscientious about our home and put plastic up in the room to protect our property. They showed up on time and were very professional and polite. They did a great job of cleaning up after they were done. I would highly recommend this group to anyone.

Guy and his team removed my old insulation, cleaned and sealed any cracks with spray foam insulation, and blew in new insulation and were fantastic from the very first phone call to our very last interaction. They provided photos of my attic with its new insulation, cleaned up after themselves, and as soon as Guy knew some spray foam insulation had come through my ceiling and stuck to my bathroom exhaust cover (something I only noticed days later), he came out personally to remove the mess. My house stays so much warmer now, especially in the extreme cold, and I can't wait to see how it does this summer!

Attic Construction performed a thorough and efficient job of insulating the walls and attic of our garage. Workers arrived on time, answered all our questions, and cleaned up debris before they left. We were very pleased with Guy, the owner, and the young men who did the work. If you need insulation in your house, I recommend Attic Construction.

Professional & reasonably priced. You will get an honest quote & good work. For me they removed old insulation and rodent debris then cleaned & sanitized my whole attic. Now I can use my attic again without worry.

Attic Construction did an amazing job in my Irving home. The attic was a mess, but they cleaned it up, installed insulation, and even checked for potential pest issues. A+ service!

Attic construction did a wonderful job for us, they gave us a fair price and did an amazing job. We had a very big issues with rats and this company resolved our issue in a professional way. I’m so happy I hired this company and I highly recommend them!
Thank you!

Professional, courteous, and detail-oriented—Attic Construction exceeded my expectations. They took the time to explain the insulation process and answered all my questions. The only improvement I’d suggest is better communication about arrival times, but the quality of work more than made up for it.
