Swimming Pool Contractor reviews in Carrollton, Texas

A Affordable pool and spa did an excellent job finding and fixing a leak and repairing our skimmers in a timely manner for a reasonable price. We were especially impressed with the professionalism of the men sent to do the job. Highly recommend this company.

👍👍😃

They create the most impressive outdoor living spaces I have ever seen!

Just unprofessional… happy to go elsewhere.

Terrible customer service after two experiences trying to look at an outdoor living space. Paid design fees both times. No follow- up to questions since April. Would not recommend working with them.

From initial meeting to design to finished product, Tal and his entire team are extraordinary! We've already referred them to family and friends knowing they'll have the same amazing experience we did.

AquaTerra has stellar reputation in the real estate world. As a luxury real estate
agent, they are my first recommendation for pool installs.

I love AquaTerra! Awesome, creative, pool builder, with a great reputation! I enjoy working together on projects with them. Always work with the top notch team over there.

Taylor on design, the construction team on execution was seamless and on budget and above expectations result!

Tal and his team are nothing short of amazing. Incredibly high quality in a timely manner. Great with clients and they’re fully capable of delivering you your dream outdoor space! From design to completion.

Terrible customer service, I was calling repeatedly because Emily ORDERED FOOD to no answer whatsoever. She ended up wandering down the stairs like nothing happened. You are wasting my time for $3. Straight evil.

I'm in year two of my pool design and install with AquaTerra, and we just finished another add on project along with a design for our front landscaping. I highly recommend AquaTerra and their team of professionals. From Tal all the way through the company, every person I interact with is highly professional and on point. They respect me as a customer and deliver the highest level of service. They are custom oriented and have the ability to offer creative design ideas for your outdoor environment. I highly suggested partnering with AquaTerra for all your outdoor design, construction and maintenance needs.

Aquaterra Outdoors truly excels in their attention to detail, leaving no stone unturned from conception to completion. Their craftsmanship is second to none, and what sets them apart is the exceptional professionalism and dedication of their team. Working with them is a breeze; their employees consistently go above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. Additionally, they specialize in creating custom designs that exceed expectations. In the realm of outdoor living spaces, Aquaterra Outdoors unquestionably leads the pack.

I am an interior designer and have worked with Aquaterra on outdoor projects. They start out by listening to the client’s wants and needs to produce a design that is creative and tailored to them. The end result is always amazing and the client is happy throughout the process!

We originally had a great experience with Aquaterra after an expensive backyard remodel, but since then we have tried to work with them to help us with another project and correct some issues we have experienced after warranty (that wasn’t done right the first time) and they not only were hard to connect with, but assumed no accountability and shared they were only interested helping us if we spent $100k+ as they “don’t do five figure jobs”. I guess cultivating life long relationships with prior clients who spent a lot of money with them is not a high priority. A shame.

We loved working with AquaTerra! We interviewed several pool companies and AquaTerra was by far the most custom, high end pool builder around. Tal came up with an amazing design that superseded our expectations, and Allen managed the build process flawlessly. We were always informed of the schedule, and the quality of the materials and work was fantastic. I loved coming home each day to see the progress and admire the high end workmanship and finishes. We finished on time and on budget, and the result was beyond our imagination. As a first time pool owner, we were extremely nervous, and this process could not have been a better more stress free experience. I would highly recommend using AquaTerra.

We needed a full scope project: Drainage solutions, deck demolition/rebuild and fire pit. Every crew that came on site from design to demo to construction was professional, courteous, attentive to detail, and respectful of property concerns. All of our needs were met above and beyond expectation. These teams took a 10 year vision and made it a reality. Thank you!

We are high-end home builders here in the Dallas area and have been working with AcquaTerra almost exclusively for the last 10 years. We use them for both pools and landscaping because of their creativity, flexibility in designing something that meets our customers needs, tight control and oversight during the building process, and their customer service after the project is complete. The company is very team oriented driven by the personality of the owner, Tal Thevenot. Their designers are all passionate about their work effort, bringing impressive creativity to every project they undertake.

From the initial consultation to the final touches, Aquaterra Outdoors has far surpassed our expectations with their exceptional service, innovative design, and flawless execution. The transformation of our backyard into a breathtaking oasis is nothing short of magical, thanks to the talented team at Aquaterra.
The design process was a collaborative and exciting adventure. Aquaterra's designers listened intently to our requests and brought them to life with creative and thoughtful solutions that blend seamlessly with our home's aesthetics. The attention to detail in the design phase was remarkable, from the selection of water features to the choice of tiles and landscaping.
The execution was not just impressive, it was a testament to Aquaterra's professionalism. Each construction phase was executed with precision and mastery, reflecting a high level of craftsmanship.
Aquaterra's customer service has been top-notch. Every question was answered promptly, and every concern was addressed with the utmost professionalism. The follow-up post-completion has been reassuring, demonstrating their commitment to satisfaction and quality service.
Our new pool and landscaping have become the centerpiece of our home, providing a tranquil and stunning escape. We are deeply thankful to Tal, David, and the entire Aquaterra Outdoors team for creating such a masterpiece. Their dedication to excellence in every aspect of their work is truly commendable. If you are considering a new pool or landscape project, I cannot recommend Aquaterra highly enough. They are truly the best in the business!

Great price. Responsive. They do what they say and don’t upsell you. Will use them again as my pool needs maintenance and repairs! They have installed a new cleaner, new skimmer, replumbed pipes, and repaired a leak in my spa! All top notch work!
